In fact, why would you call them then Russian version of a chav when they're obviously good people?

I do like how the author admitted the video is WTF-like though. The Final Fantasy thing was pretty strange considering the rest of the video.

@narutowned Shizuo is a freak because of his inhuman strength, Izaya certainly is a jerk (an awesome jerk at that), and the Yellow Scarfs (merged with Blue Squares, am assuming the author is referring to the gangs of Durarara! in general) are defiantly chavs. I dunno what it means in your country but the term chav originated from my area in England.

It is just a wtf-fun video though so best not to think too much on it anyway =p.
