It's so pathetic how all these stupid people didn't bother to look up when Linsay's version of this came out!.....go on Amazon go on itunes...look at the date It's 2004 so leave Lindsay alone!...and BOTH VERSIONS KICK ROCK!
@EmilyTheStrange98 Actually, no. They're BOTH covers. The song isn't even called "Change the World". It's called "What R U Waiting 4" and the original singer is Tiffani Wood, an Australian pop artist.
"If I tried to make a difference, would it help anyway?"
Well, that's the problem. Everybody, nowadays, thinks exactly like that; "Nobody will do something, so why should / do?" If everyone realized that by making baby steps, even if you're the only one, there WILL be a difference, sooner or later, one way or another.
And I know that writing this down won't make the ones who have true power to do something, but it's a kid's song and I believe kids and teenagers are more open-minded than adults.
I still have this CD... lol I loved it... I wish it wasn't so scratched up and damaged though (I would listen to it without shame!). It brings back memories of when I used to play with Bratz with my cousin. :')

@DropDeadAndyx Everyone keeps saying Natalie Grant wrote it, but she didn't. She covered it. It was written by three different people for an australian pop artist named Tiffani Wood.
This song came out before the Lindsey version, it's called Change the World, but Lindsey titled hers What are You Waiting For? Lol... both are nice, but Bratz is waay better!
Aaaah, this brings back memories of my little games. I always used my favourite doll that I had at that time and I'd take a boy, set up a setting and play. It felt great when about 1 year ago me and my best friend played with them. I hate the actual Bratz now but I still love the songs!
when i was 5 first ever cd , mum used to go mad wher i used to play this song to much :L , i actually miss the good oldtunes , its like i know i like jayson derulo , usher and all that ,but you cant miss good old bratz :L xxx
OMG they totally ripped off Lindsay Lohan. It doesn't matter I guess Lindsay still owns this song with her awesome vocals. This version is okay too though just not as good as the original but then all covers aren't.
@KitsuneLexi12 omg! I just listened to like two seconds of that song after your comment and I was like ick! The original is MUCH better! I kinda wish they would put who really sang this because, well, we all know Bratz are just dolls and a figment of some childrens' memories/imgaginations.
@autumnnicolegreen No. Natalie Grant covered this song on her 2005 album Awaken. This song was written in 2004 by Matthew Gerrard, Bridgit Benenate, and Steve Booker, as a single for Tiffani Wood.
@ari3lsss Yes, I know. But it's not Lindsey's song, it's not the Bratz's song, and it's not Natalie Grant's song. It's Tiffani Wood's song, written in that same year.
