@NissanTy : Curt Brown ran 10s on the stock evo 8 turbo which sucks balls compared to the 9 turbo. The 9 has the 10.5 hot side, and with the ,motor upgrades, This is possible.
The 10.2 runs were done on a bone stock turbo. Not even port work. The car made 468whp. The 631whp someone referred to was an FP RED. The car went 9.5@145 with that set up. And then went on to run 9.0@157 babying the car due to a failing trans.
@Epix182 people have no fucking idea how difficult an evo like that can be to handle. I'm pushing a little over 500 hp and its already difficult in low gears in boost. This evo has slicks and still spins all four tires, thats no joke.
@igotthem45 It would be faster but even with the AWD you can see that it doesn't want to hook up. A car making that much power is insane and to try to get it to hook up isn't easy. AMS had the same problem when they first had their 1000 hp evo at the tracks.

Car could've went 8.80-8.90@160 or so. But I sold the car instead of rebuilding. It was a great year, but an expensive one:)
Don't quote me on it, but I believe it was spiking in the range of 34psi and falling to 22 near red line. I'd go and search for you, but that's 1100 posts I don't want to look through. Remember, this was on a stock Evo IX turbo.

If they purchased a car from AWD Motorsports it was their shop car, similar looking to the one in this vid. This car is owned by a customer of AWD Motorsports.
wat the hell.. camber's hella whack... make the tires straight and you'll get more traction. with a tilted tire like that, u'll just eat up the inside..
The negative camber in the front is to compensate for when the front end lifts to get the most traction possible. You can see the front suspension go from a negative camber to pretty close to 0 degrees. The car cuts consistent 1.30 60 foots, so I'd say its getting a shit load of traction. The cars going to have a new coilover set up in a week or so.
where I can get those front bumper cover?... look sick. I want for my evo but I do not find them
