Just raced a denali tonite.... 60-till he shut off at around 100ish.... he pulled about 1/2 a truck on me. Im in a 2011 5.7 tundra with a few mods and oversized tires. Only truck to beat me yet:( So yes a 6.2 is faster than the tundra

Ok Ok... I currently own a 2008 crew max limited Tundra. As soon as i Bought it I raced my friend with a 11 Denali with the 6.2 in it. And It was very close but he won. He payed 45 grand for his truck. I payed 30 cuz it was used but i still got a good deal(still can get a 11 tundra sr5 for 32 or less) Now shortly after i raced him i installed the TRD Supercharger for 6 grand. :) Raced him again and smoked him. All I'm saying Tundra gives you waaay more bang for ur buck. Interior&Ride is better 2

@RFEMike one of my closest friend owns a 2011 tundra trd sport ex cab, IT FLIES! with a k&n and a magnaflow filter it ran a best of 14.2 at the track. Denali's can not run that on a stock tune. One of my friends has a 2009 denali and the other a 2011 ford harley truck (6.2L) and the harley always takes it from a roll.

Either way. Looked like a pretty even matchup. I have an 08 Tundra 5.7 and have driven a 6.2 Denali. Both are powerful trucks. Pretty close in power to one another. I think the Denali edges out the Tundra just a bit but not by much.

Just raced a denali tonite.... 60-till he shut off at around 100ish.... he pulled about 1/2 a truck on me. Im in a 2011 5.7 tundra with a few mods and oversized tires. Only truck to beat me yet:( So yes a 6.2 is faster than the tundra

Ok Ok... I currently own a 2008 crew max limited Tundra. As soon as i Bought it I raced my friend with a 11 Denali with the 6.2 in it. And It was very close but he won. He payed 45 grand for his truck. I payed 30 cuz it was used but i still got a good deal(still can get a 11 tundra sr5 for 32 or less) Now shortly after i raced him i installed the TRD Supercharger for 6 grand. :) Raced him again and smoked him. All I'm saying Tundra gives you waaay more bang for ur buck. Interior&Ride is better 2

@RFEMike one of my closest friend owns a 2011 tundra trd sport ex cab, IT FLIES! with a k&n and a magnaflow filter it ran a best of 14.2 at the track. Denali's can not run that on a stock tune. One of my friends has a 2009 denali and the other a 2011 ford harley truck (6.2L) and the harley always takes it from a roll.

Either way. Looked like a pretty even matchup. I have an 08 Tundra 5.7 and have driven a 6.2 Denali. Both are powerful trucks. Pretty close in power to one another. I think the Denali edges out the Tundra just a bit but not by much.
