I didn't know he could reach that far to put his hand up Bush's ass like that. The man's evil abilities know no limits! Thank God Barack is here to clean up their mess!
You should change the title of this video to "Bush seeks funding for private contractors in Iraq" - Specifically, Halliburton, the head company given the contract in Iraq, of which Dick Cheney is a stockholder. Talk about profiting from war.
Grandpa Clarence Jones from West Virgnia knows what war is. He was captured at St. Vith in the Battle of the Bulge. Americans must support our troops fighting over there. Dwight D. Eisenhower would have had an answer for this war. Listen to Grandpa Clarence Jones on YouTube as he sings a tribute to all our servicemen fighting over in Mesopotamia and Afghanistan. God bless you. Support our troops. Pray for our leaders that they may use good common sense.
What is unacceptable is the f@#$ing blackmail u r using Bush!!!! I h8 u so much!!!!! Does he really think we r that stupid or is truly that f@$%ing arrogant!!!!

Fou, the simple truth is, if the war is not properly funded, the President would be the only one making a mistake by leaving them there WITHOUT that proper funding. He's literally taking our armed forces hostage, trying to bend a public-elected Congress to his will. Fact is, Congress has MANY TIMES used the power of the purse to curb reckless presidents. I have yet to hear of one instance where they regretted it later.
I think this should not be decided upon by anyone currently standing on American soil. This whole action should be voted upon by our troops in Iraq, and the Iraqi government. Let them decide if we give up or finish the fight.
"This whole action should be voted upon by our troops in Iraq..." Uhm, that would require a Constitutional amendment. What you are advocating is treason under current law. Why do you hate our Constitution? Seize him!
They are not bringing them home. If you think Pelosi or Clinton are truly compassionate, you've got your head too far up your ass. They're just butting heads with the administration in preparation for '08, that's all.

Yes I agree, and I have no clue, I never supported Bush and never will.
You don't get my point, my topic was about atheists and religious people in congress, not this...
When did I say I was better? And stop saying it's a "book". Yes, it is a book. But it isn't on the level of a kindergarden one, it's thousands of years old, written by people who were most likely smarter than you.
Umm, I never supported Bush and never will...
No it hasn't, it's because he's no where close to following it.
This entire thread is ridiculous. Atheists are some of the most successful, intelligent people in the world, and they are DISCRIMINATED against because of their lack of belief in an all powerful spaggeti monster. Atheists are no less human than religious people are... and to put it bluntly, more people are killed in the name of God than EVER have been, except maybe ALL disease combined.
I agree, the Bible is a great book. I would put it right up there with Lord of the Rings, Moby Dick and the Time Machine. Not as good as the Da Vinci Code and To Kill a Mocking Bird though
Actually, its not that great a read. Nowhere near enough suspense or drama, and no explosions. Donkey chases aren't nearly as thrilling as car chases.
Liberals don't want victory, they want pullout, regardless of outcome, and are blackmailing using the troops as playing cards. The administration does not have the skill to plan an end to the military presence in Iraq, plus has it's hands tied with a Democrat congress focusing more on investigations then planning. Please, fund the troops, and instigate a plan by our GENERALS for withdrawal from Iraq with victory. No timetable, no pressure, just victory.
Conservatives don't want "victory," they want endless war as they are making billions off of it. Their failure has left us two choices: leave now on OUR terms, or leave later on THEIR terms after losing move good American and Iraqi lives and billions more of YOUR stolen tax dollars. Clear? If not, research "Vietnam," then show your support by ENLISTING.
14 months in South Korea, and 12 months in Iraq. I showed my support on the battlefield, now I'm showing it back home, LET OUR TROOPS WIN. This matter needs to be decided by our soldiers out there fighting, and by the leaders of Iraq. Do you realize how terrified some Iraqis are of the US pulling out immediately to let their government fall to murderers and criminals? You people have so little faith, we are winning this war, and we will win this war IF WE FINISH IT.
"Some Iraqis." That says it all. About 80% want us OUT of THEIR country. The rest are collaborators and capitulators looking for money.
If the Loyal Bushies had any idea how to "win," then why haven't they done so? We're in the neocons' 5th year, and nothing but failure to show for it. How many more years of failure do you want? It's time to end this love affair with failure.
P.S, our American soldiers know they're risking their lives for freedom, we do it gladly, and proudly. It's called Selfless Service, a core Army Value, and something you pigs know nothing about.
lol you talk about fighting for our freedom then insult us.. Nice very nice... thank YOU for your service! and just out of curosity how do you think we can "finish the war"?
Iraqi "freedom" as American freedoms are widdled away by the patriot act and it's wanton misuse. Come on buddy are you really that insecure. By the way is torture a core army value? Yeah if you torture another human due to an order from a higher rank you have no sense of self and are less than human Nuremburg ring a bell?
Fou, insulting the civilians you claim to protect really won't get you far... I'd heard the Army standards had degraded, and I'm afraid your proving it with that sort of behavior.
Re "selfless service" insult: I'm a REAL veteran, 1966-1969. You may be a poser, who knows. "This matter needs to be decided by our soldiers..." In America, the military does not "decide" foreign policy, it carries it out. What they want is irrelevant. Are you advocating overthrowing the country by violence to advance your personal agenda? That'll get you the death penalty. Whose army were you in, North Korea's? You don't seem up on our Constitution. Figures.
hey what happened to the TRILLIONS missing since the start of this war?.. where is Iraq's 8 Billion dollars that was "lost" the first 14 months we were liberating?
I support my troops but this "funds" issue is a slap in the face. WHERE IS ALL THE MONEY going?? we are almost 9 TRILLION in debt.. more then DOUBLE since Bush took office.
Good prediction. I'm more sad that the inevitable pullout and fall of the region to violence afterwards will just make the sacrifices of all the soldiers who fought for the indepenance there in vain.
"hook line and sinker," he beamed with the thoughts of botox injections reassuring himself he would not crack a smile. who'd disagree? it was more like a posh robotics demonstration with armed guards than it was a place on this planet that it deserve to be titled an address. than he saw him... the now unemployed camera operator with a telephoto zoom lens as a severance.
you all are retarded. the point of this clip is that cheney is lurking like the creep that he is way out there in the bushes. cheney has lost his mind, he's literally crazy.
The time table issue is due, considering that a parliamentary democracy was installed. That time table also doesn't require complete withdrawal. The spinach issue could be looked at closer, but again, agriculture needs to be stimulated, which feeds livestock, and thereby feeds you, me and the soldiers in Iraq and Afgahnistan.
Wow I'm sorry everybody, I don't understand how comments are sorted here. Sometimes replies appear below the original post and sometimes they don't. I just cluttered this page up with a ton of replies that don't make sense without the original context :(
So you don't care about people outside your own country? That's what you're saying when you say the Iraq war is bad. We spent oney, we lost lives, but in doing so a Harsh dictator has been taken out of power. People want us to go into Darfur but if we do people will say the same thing you're saying. Thanks for caring.
Yes, it has to be an inside job, or else why would they go to such lengths to ensure that there is absolutely no evidence proving it was an inside job? OMG THINK ABOUT IT!
exactly! They destroyed the evidence - which is itself a huge crime.
But there is plenty of evidence, not necessarily "proof" but plenty of evidence nonetheless. Open your eyes and look around. Do you know what evidence looks like? There is LOTS & LOTS of evidence. bye.
I'm not sure what your point is, but I'm guessing you have one - keep that hat on and no one will know. Opinions most certainly can be evidence. Else why would experts be called to testify as to their expert opinions on the witness stand. QED
Maybe they were catching a flight together? Maybe Cheney was leaving but needed to tell Dubya something before he took off, or hand him some paperwork? Or maybe the libs have been right all along.. Bush is brainwashed and/or a robot, and the satan worshipping illuminati, headed by Rove and Cheney is there observing their work, before they head off to the Bohemian Grove for some mock human sacrifices! Freemasons! 9/11 inside job! Halliburton!!!! Blaaaah.
bush supporters are the ones getting the troops killed.. their fake patriotism is covered in the blood of innocent civilians.. and still they cry for more
Bush supporters at this point confuse me. What to they get out of it.. a little GOP pin to wear around? One has to wonder if they care about the country. Luckily at this point most bush types grudgingly admit that Bush has been a net bad thing for the country, but it surprises me that it has taken so long. Then you have the ones that STILL support him? What kind of bizarre koolaid are they drinking? I can only assume they are Al Quaida supporters sent here to bring down the country.
you idiot bush supporters wont admit that the intelligence that got us into this was ''bad'' and all bull.. Bush decieved america.. get it?? really.. what part dont you understand??
Bush is holding the troops hostage.. and some people still support the fool.. it isnt bush supporters that are supporting the troops.. just another bush lie..
why do bush supporters think they have accomplished anything? what did they succeed at? creating more terrorist with open boarders? bush will not tell you about the 14 permanent bases will he?
Dear President Bush, The problem sir, is that you began this war under false pretenses for reasons that remain obscure to this day. Now when you speak, discerning Americans have reason to doubt you. It may be true that we need to keep funding the war, but until you admit your deceit in this matter we'll continue to be divided on the correct course to steer.
The simple fact is, the people will never trust Bush again. Credibility is almost as important as cause, and Bush has none. It may be that a 2nd 9-11 will happen, but even then you can't fault the people. You can only deceive them so many times. Bush's war-mongering and twisting of our laws has sealed his fate. His own actions will cause the end of support for the war effort, not any "liberal pussy Democrats".
Anyone else see the irony of comments like those of the ape fruticetum below? Is there anything more socialist than Bush demanding our hard earned money to finance a war that he misled the country about to start? Saying we hate America as if somehow these liars represent America? We hate ignorance and lies, not America. So yeah, toss Bush, Cheney and all the other apes in there. But no way liars and apes get to pin the socialist america hater label on anyone
There was no misrepresentation about the war, you fucking jackass. The Intelligence was there for all the Congressmen to see. They saw it. They agreed with it. Clinton, Kerry, Shrillary, Albright, Gore...all of them said Saddam needed removed and that he had WMD. Now you leftwingers act like a bunch of children denying accountability. But that's the liberal way, I guess.
They saw what the Administration gave them. Democrats in Congress at that time were left in the dark while Republicans conspired with the information. Besides, nobody disagrees that Saddam deserved to be ousted (or that he sought WMD), but there is a LOT else thats gone on besides that.
ghost, That's not what Shrillary said. She said she had her own sources, independent of the administration, that led her to the decision that invasion was the right move.
What terrorists? If some random terrorist in Iraq (or anywhere) decides to come to the US and attack, what's stopping them? Our military presence in Iraq? Please explain it to me.
The president pointed out that it has been 57 days since he requested emergency funding from Congress for troops in Iraq and Afghanistan and that Democrats are playing with the troops lives! February 14, 2005: Bush submits $82 billion supplemental bill May 11, 2005: Bush signs the supplemental Total time elapsed: 86 days February 16, 2006: Bush submits $72 billion supplemental bill June 15, 2006: Bush signs the supplemental Total time elapsed: 119 days
ABC NEWS - February 6, 2007 - January 2005 audit report from Stuart W. Bowen, the government's special inspector general for Iraq reconstruction, which concluded that Bremer's CPA failed to account for $8.8 billion given to Iraqi ministries.

Ghostkitty13 4 years ago
Funny how atheists tend to offend people, hmm...
I know.
Well, if you're saying more Muslims are dying then yes.

I agree, the Bible is a great book. I would put it right up there with Lord of the Rings, Moby Dick and the Time Machine. Not as good as the Da Vinci Code and To Kill a Mocking Bird though
stewart0312 4 years ago
Hard to tell if that was sarcasm... But yes I agree literally.

FouCapitan 4 years ago
Conservatives don't want "victory," they want endless war as they are making billions off of it. Their failure has left us two choices: leave now on OUR terms, or leave later on THEIR terms after losing move good American and Iraqi lives and billions more of YOUR stolen tax dollars. Clear? If not, research "Vietnam," then show your support by ENLISTING.
armadilloze 4 years ago
14 months in South Korea, and 12 months in Iraq. I showed my support on the battlefield, now I'm showing it back home, LET OUR TROOPS WIN. This matter needs to be decided by our soldiers out there fighting, and by the leaders of Iraq. Do you realize how terrified some Iraqis are of the US pulling out immediately to let their government fall to murderers and criminals? You people have so little faith, we are winning this war, and we will win this war IF WE FINISH IT.
FouCapitan 4 years ago
"Some Iraqis." That says it all. About 80% want us OUT of THEIR country. The rest are collaborators and capitulators looking for money.
If the Loyal Bushies had any idea how to "win," then why haven't they done so? We're in the neocons' 5th year, and nothing but failure to show for it. How many more years of failure do you want? It's time to end this love affair with failure.
armadilloze 4 years ago
P.S, our American soldiers know they're risking their lives for freedom, we do it gladly, and proudly. It's called Selfless Service, a core Army Value, and something you pigs know nothing about.
FouCapitan 4 years ago
lol you talk about fighting for our freedom then insult us.. Nice very nice... thank YOU for your service! and just out of curosity how do you think we can "finish the war"?
what is winning here?
sarcasm17 4 years ago
Iraqi "freedom" as American freedoms are widdled away by the patriot act and it's wanton misuse. Come on buddy are you really that insecure. By the way is torture a core army value? Yeah if you torture another human due to an order from a higher rank you have no sense of self and are less than human Nuremburg ring a bell?
stonewar 4 years ago
Fou, insulting the civilians you claim to protect really won't get you far... I'd heard the Army standards had degraded, and I'm afraid your proving it with that sort of behavior.
Ghostkitty13 4 years ago
Re "selfless service" insult: I'm a REAL veteran, 1966-1969. You may be a poser, who knows. "This matter needs to be decided by our soldiers..." In America, the military does not "decide" foreign policy, it carries it out. What they want is irrelevant. Are you advocating overthrowing the country by violence to advance your personal agenda? That'll get you the death penalty. Whose army were you in, North Korea's? You don't seem up on our Constitution. Figures.
armadilloze 4 years ago
hey what happened to the TRILLIONS missing since the start of this war?.. where is Iraq's 8 Billion dollars that was "lost" the first 14 months we were liberating?
I support my troops but this "funds" issue is a slap in the face. WHERE IS ALL THE MONEY going?? we are almost 9 TRILLION in debt.. more then DOUBLE since Bush took office.
sarcasm17 4 years ago
Good prediction. I'm more sad that the inevitable pullout and fall of the region to violence afterwards will just make the sacrifices of all the soldiers who fought for the indepenance there in vain.

911 was most definitely an inside job. If not, why did they go to such lengths covering things up...
tahooey 4 years ago
Yes, it has to be an inside job, or else why would they go to such lengths to ensure that there is absolutely no evidence proving it was an inside job? OMG THINK ABOUT IT!
swivelmaster 4 years ago
exactly! They destroyed the evidence - which is itself a huge crime.
But there is plenty of evidence, not necessarily "proof" but plenty of evidence nonetheless. Open your eyes and look around. Do you know what evidence looks like? There is LOTS & LOTS of evidence. bye.
tahooey 4 years ago
So there's no "proof", but there's evidence... riiiiight. Evidence cannot be a persons lame OPINION, artard.
Ghostkitty13 4 years ago
I'm not sure what your point is, but I'm guessing you have one - keep that hat on and no one will know. Opinions most certainly can be evidence. Else why would experts be called to testify as to their expert opinions on the witness stand. QED
tahooey 4 years ago
Yes they went to great lengths to commit the crime known as 'destruction of crime scene evidence'
But there is still plenty of evidence out there. First you have to understand what constitutes evidence - there is a LOT.

Can we stop using the word "misleading" and say what it really is: Lying
ruyen 4 years ago
Dear President Bush, The problem sir, is that you began this war under false pretenses for reasons that remain obscure to this day. Now when you speak, discerning Americans have reason to doubt you. It may be true that we need to keep funding the war, but until you admit your deceit in this matter we'll continue to be divided on the correct course to steer.
noseldnik 4 years ago
The simple fact is, the people will never trust Bush again. Credibility is almost as important as cause, and Bush has none. It may be that a 2nd 9-11 will happen, but even then you can't fault the people. You can only deceive them so many times. Bush's war-mongering and twisting of our laws has sealed his fate. His own actions will cause the end of support for the war effort, not any "liberal pussy Democrats".
Ghostkitty13 4 years ago
Anyone else see the irony of comments like those of the ape fruticetum below? Is there anything more socialist than Bush demanding our hard earned money to finance a war that he misled the country about to start? Saying we hate America as if somehow these liars represent America? We hate ignorance and lies, not America. So yeah, toss Bush, Cheney and all the other apes in there. But no way liars and apes get to pin the socialist america hater label on anyone
creige55 4 years ago
There was no misrepresentation about the war, you fucking jackass. The Intelligence was there for all the Congressmen to see. They saw it. They agreed with it. Clinton, Kerry, Shrillary, Albright, Gore...all of them said Saddam needed removed and that he had WMD. Now you leftwingers act like a bunch of children denying accountability. But that's the liberal way, I guess.
fruticetum 4 years ago
is stupid bush fault period!
sting1ylo 4 years ago
They saw what the Administration gave them. Democrats in Congress at that time were left in the dark while Republicans conspired with the information. Besides, nobody disagrees that Saddam deserved to be ousted (or that he sought WMD), but there is a LOT else thats gone on besides that.
Ghostkitty13 4 years ago
ghost, That's not what Shrillary said. She said she had her own sources, independent of the administration, that led her to the decision that invasion was the right move.
