The opti free with replenish is so far the best solution I have tried. I have sensitive eyes so that means a lot. Good luck with the lenses. Take good care of them and they will be good to your eyes.

Did you get the acuvue oasis kind? I love mine--they allow the eye to breathe better and don't get as dry. I have had contacts since I was 14 and prefer them--having glasses on my nose drives me bonkers! I think you'll look splendid without the glasses--so let's see already!!

Yes, they have improved. But I had better luck with Bauch&Lomb solution , the optifree made my eyes feel salty.

I wore contacts for almost 30 years and kept the same prescription for all that time. Once I switched to glasses (Cataract made wearing them unpleasant) my vision deteriorated HUGELY!

Yeah. Much longer really, but extended wear soft contacts were approved by the FDA in 1981; that's the year I began wearing them. They keep getting better though. Cool stuff.

I like to wear my contacts because I think I look better without them. But when I wear them until late at night they start getting foggy and I blink but I still can't see well. My friend, whose always wearing contacts, says I'm not blinking enough, but I'm blinking so much it makes me look like I have a twitch.

Congratulations on getting contacts!!!! I went back to glasses May 2008-November 2008 and enjoyed them; however, nothing beats having contacts. I love not having to wear glasses when I work out.

Omg ! No I found out The eye doctor I went to said that doctors can make it every 2 years, it's the eye doctor you choose. Mine made my re check 2 years from now. he said the only reason he does 1 year is for teens and or 20ish people because they don't clean the proper way.

My eye doctor knows I have used them for years and He was great with the 2 year thing ! I love it.

theyre great from a distance they look black and they have no pad ive get an odd nose frame so i usally need pads but they fit perfict i find that when im not wearing them i keep raising my hand up to adjust them even thourgh thery not on! lolzzz

I have an eye exam tomorrow! I have diabetic retinopathy so that means I have to have eye exams every so often...I just hope that the doctor doesn't ultra sound my eyes like the last few times........(not fun!)
