Reverse Auction is not a scam - started in the 90' but is more on the net know here in 2008, to put a low bid you have to pay for the bid that you put, let's say $3 - so if a PS3 is on a lowbid auction maybe 300 diff. puts a bid, so the seller will recieve $900 but the winner maybe only have to pay $50 wow $50 for a brand new PS3 - and seller wow $900, that just a wery short version, but google "reverse auction"
