Yes im sure! SAM-7 is shoulder anti aircraft missile origin from russian, but in this video must be China version HN-5 shoulder anti aircraft variant of SAM-7. it not khmer word...
The thing is that I don't think the SA-7, or the HN-5 variant, is even capable of shooting down a F-16. Maybe the older generation F-5 can be shot down but not the F-16. If this is truly an anti-F-16 portable shoulder-launched SAM, then I think it's a different type, probably a more advance type.

The two clashes so far happened just right at the time when Thailand faces major unrest and rallying. Now that the red is rallying majorly again, they want to follow the same tactic again. Nothing new.
