Personaly I prefer japanese dub over english one in case of this show, they've dubbed Balalaika pretty poorly. But this scene is exception - the acting is awesome, especialy comparing to rather bland japanese. That line always sends shiver down my spine...

The biggest problem i have with Dubs is that Japanese is not a language that can be translated 1 on 1 to English.

@juansuarez1990 Japanese has a lot of expressions (like all languages) that make no sense if you translate it, same for wordplays even subs don't explain these always as well, first thing that comes to mind is hentai now if i say that most will think pervert, but it also means formation (as in tactical formation) or OniGiri that is a rice ball but also means something like flaming demon slash.

To put an example, in japanese original dub, one can't help but giggle a little when the engrish comes and goes around in the form of a not-to-convincing "fuck"...Now, we see the english dub, and it feels natural

@AidanMclaren You know, some of us watch violent anime like this and agree that Balalaika and most of the other characters are pretty monstrous human beings. Even Rock has his moments. In fact, it's because the show is centered around Rock's journey from a bullied salaryman to a villain that we can relate with every other character's villainy. Much like Breaking Bad or The Godfather.
