to boost your mental health consider your physical health too. probably one of the best ways to make yourself feel better is to engage in exercise 3-5 times a week (ie: twenty minute walk every other day). also nice hair-do. have fun on your travels!
diggin' the hair, red is my favorite color--assuming it's red, looks red on cam
that pill is so huge, hate swallowing pills *cringes* ...good luck with that.
that cat is gorgeous by the way, I love cats, itching to get one. A gray or grayish Turkish Angora preferably, or a blueish one...if there were red, or reddish Turkish Angoras then that would be ideal! I don't think any exist though...maybe in some remote bio-genetics modification lab somewhere....
Be careful w/ st. johns i had a bad reaction to it a while ago.. i felt great for a while and then it stopped working and then it made me feel so much worse. like crazy worse. just keep an eye on it. ps love the hair!
@queersomething yea it took about 2 weeks though to even out again. and im pretty sure it usually takes 2 weeks for antidepressants it to to work completely and 2 weeks for them to leave your system. thats why you have to be careful to wait if you switch medications.
@Journeyman101 Well considering the fact that St. Johns wort has been confirmed to be significantly more effective than placebo and as effective as many conventional SSRI antidepressants in like 30+ clinical trials (indeed, SJW is likely an SSRI in its own right), I wouldn't think of it as a placebo. Also, the green capsules are a lot better than those huge tablets and they don't stink.
you remind me of every Virgo i have ever known. you must be a Virgo

@4SaraSimon Can I just buy them in the store? My mom was diagnosed with SAD and they told her to go tanning.

Shit! You have to swallow horse pills to feel better? I'd rather stick with my depression. At least it's not a suppository. : /

@Journeyman101 ha. have you been depressed? i'd rather stick with giant smelly pills if they make me feel better.

@queersomething
I would say I am, still wouldn't take giant smelly pill, especially if they're just placebos. You have good luck with them.
