  • Looks tough, I like mine to melt in mouth. Prep isn't good

  • Looks awesome I just got a slow cooker and will try this!

  • you should have put some of that onion and garlic sauce into the pan and get all that flavour suck to the pan off and put that in the pot

  • GOOD job...

  • Great, deglaze next time. Think about all those great meat flavours left in the pan after searing. Good job tho!

  • sometimes you have to trim the fat so it won't curl up thus searing more area of meat surface.

  • I once had to shoot 3 men over 1 piece of Brisket.

  • @Dexstacy1 LOL.

  • Great video, I soak the brisket in a stout beer for 24 hours before cooking.

  • @ExtremePeppers Holy Cow, that sounds awesome. Cheers.

  • Pretty sweet! I might actually go pick up a brisket before too long. I've never cooked one. My crock pot isn't very big so I might be forced to use my electric smoker.

  • @yartp As long as you cook it low and slow, It'll turn out great, no matter which method you use. Cheers.

  • @yaap10 Glad you enjoyed the video, you'll love how the Brisket turns out. Cheers.
