hey dude my zune doesnt freeze but it does have a slight problem. i cant SYNC any of the new music i want it to. when i plug it in to the charger and im on the zune program on my computer, the sync button doesnt work so i look at my plugged in zune and it tells me to go to the zune site and download a program so i can sync again. when i downloaded it it showed me another site saying that it was an error msged. disconnect your Zune reset it (push up and back buttons at same time) then reconnect your Zune and build it again. Make sure the Zune program isn't open. It should work after you reset it.

this is a great guide.but your zunes name can only have letters and numbers or it wont deploy so you might have to change your zunes name
