I think the code place for the ds is the batcomputer but I am not 100% shurr that it is.

go to the big computer where you can buy characters and extras. Scroll through the menu and select cheats (just like selecting characters), and you can see a menu with ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ AAAAAA, push the arrows to VVVVVV form the code.
