  • Hi there Man. Watched your other video last night about the format etc. I say gor for it with the segmant type videos on the rigs you got there that are not working. Always interesting to watch someone restoring radios as opposed to modding the hell outta them like i do. Keep 'em coming man....thick and fast...

    All the best

    from George in Ireland....73's

  • @irishham1127 Hello George. Thank you for the encouragement on the multi part repair vids. I enjoy your videos and I'd say we aren't much different. We both try to bring classics back to life. The only radio I can remember you doing any major mods to was the UK version of the Midland 76-900. Now that was some major surgery but very interesting. I've seen similar projects done here in the states on the DAK base radios. Looking forward to your next AR7 installment. 73's Paul

  • The color is "Duck Egg Blue" ;)

  • @M1ZXG Thanks for the info. I learn something new everyday. 73's Paul

  • Love this Midland series,

  • Hello Stefan. It seems to very a very uncommon model here in the States as well. Best regards.

  • Hello my CB radio friend. It's a realy rare rig here in Switzerland. I never see it alive. Also the Midland 3001. Only the Euro Midlands 2001/4001/6001/7001 were importet to Switzerland...
