Yes, I knew your grandpa, John, very well. He was a great man. When I moved back to the Tri-Cities in 1995 I was trying to find other people that liked the same type of music that I did. I eventually went to a Three Rivers Folklife concert and met your grandpa and grandma there. They made me feel very welcome and introduced me to other muscians and other memebers of the folk society. Your grandparents were (and still are) the heart of TRFS!
