@racerguy996 it is done because Max. Thrust is needed for takeoff which cant be used more than five minutes so we reduced thrust to climb thrust rating which is also time limited.
@racerguy996 : once the plane is airborne and has reached a speed known as V2 the pilot reduces the thrust and brings the nose half way down, this is done because at that point you don't need so much thrust also you need to make less noise for the people living in that area, this is known as noise abatement :)

That's GE90-115B. This Boeing 777-200LR uses GE90-110B Which is weaker than GE90-115B....
