having personally trained with livewire in this video i can asure you the amount of training they put in is suffcient and theya re fulyl aware of the dangers to their knees. livewire already damaged his knees so is more than careful to take car of them, the stuff they did in this would be one off. can seriously imagine anyone training like this all the time? espeicially people of their expirience?

not really, but i can imagine people new to this stuff would learn a flip and then go out and try to do as in the videos. so im just saying it. and i personally think that competition looks stupid. it seem to be fun to the contenders to do what they love to do and get paid for it, but nothanks. id rather go on a fine training session with a bunch of friends instead of competing.

Free Running is for Gymnasts who cant cut it. They fail in the gym, so they take it to the street. so far, I have no real respect for free running, mostly because it is such a shallow activity. Free running = "look at me, i do the same flip over and over again" After you have mastered the flip, move on.

You can hardly do a running roof gap precision onto a wall, plyometric jump from that wall & stride to another, then hit a running gainer out of the stride.. when ur in a gym

I think you've missed the basis of our creativity, and untill you get that you'll never understand this sport.

The real difficulty is the thought & creativity that comes from using your environment in a unique way, this is rarely shown fully in a competitive situation
