Hello,can you answer on VEGAn-Tab-v1.0.0b5.1.1 ViewSonic G-Tablet try to connect Microsoft Wireless Notebook Optical Mouse 4000 v1.0 (like your mouse) and not work,and connect Genius Wireless Set Luxemate 600 Laser- Mouse not work,but Keyboard work great,and connect Genius Traveler 505 Laser USB mouse and not work too...wat's wrong or maybe need some soft? Hey! i can't get my mouse to work on my coby kyros its work but it doesn't work good. and i got a usb hub. the keyboard work.the moues was like your mouse was can you help out?

I am in no way affiliated with this company but this dock 'should' give you the ethernet capability you're looking for. I ordered it for the HDMI out. Google 'dock for gtablet'. I found the Malata Zpadt2/ViewSonic G tablet Docking Station HDMI OUT, USB, LAN port at merimobiles.

Hey man, just wanted to tell you thanks for all the good vids, It can do everything i need for my Cyber Security Business My only question is, what are the widgets you have on your screen? LAME I know. I have the weather/time/date up but it covers the entire upper par of the screen, the settings don't allow me to change it. I think the clock you have is the old timey clock widget.

If it were Linux I wouldn't have a problem, until then, thanks for the help and keep them coming..

Would the Microsoft natural keyboard/mouse work with this with only the transmitter plugged into the USB? Mine's an older model. I guess I'll have to play and see!

Thanks for the video, I just bought one off Woot.com the other day and can't wait to root/ROM it and try a mouse/keyboard. Do you know if it will work with Bluetooth peripherals or just USB. I hear some people had issues in the past but that may have been with older ROMs

i found on the xda forum that g tablet has support just for 3 kinds of keyboards and mouses, did u use that kind or u just plugged in the keyboard that u had?

where do you get you wallpapers for your grab? All the ones I try get cut off or cropped funny on-screen

wonder if a wireless keyboard mouse combo would work on it, seems like it would if it supports the usb hub you are using. i have an external keyboard and mouse for my media center which is hooked up to the big screen ;) making it a 50 inch desktop monitor muahahaha, hopefully i get the g tab for xmas so i can play more with android than just phones :)

@dragon3983 I just tried my Logitech USB wireless keyboard and mouse and it did not work; it recognized neither the keyboard nor the mouse. :(

My Apple mini keyboard doesn't work with any of the ROMs I tried. Any hope it would work with Vegan? Or am I SOL with Apple keyboards?

@LaSepultura I tried the MS Arc keyboard; it didn't work, either. I don't expect it to stay that way forever, though as new improvements are coming out weekly (and sometimes daily) for the G-Tab.

Thanks for this. I currently use my laptop with an external keyboard and mouse when sitting at a desk, so this could be an option for when I open up my G-Tablet on Christmas Day. :) Although, I will probably be using mine more as a mobile device (since that's one of the main reasons why I wanted one) as you said in the video.

Hmm wonder if kb/mouse would work in TnT Lite 2.2.1

If you have access to an ethernet/USB adapter somehow w/o having to pay for it, please see if it works. I need to use it as a backup when wi-fi can't be had. I spoke to a tech rep from Viewsonic who said that it doesn't but you seem to be converting this tablet into full blown computer now, Thanx Edge....
