For "SYNC" Button to work, You need perfect beat-grid of the tracks.
Goto Deck Advanced Panel> Grid
Setup Grid Marker yourself, Adjust BPM so beat-grid lineup with every bass drum (from begging to the end) !

i have a ddj-t1 fom pioneer and i cannot sync anything anymore, the sync button is active but my beat are still badly off timing, even the bpm shows that they are synced ... !?!? HELP !!! this happened suddently out of no where

such huge improvements from just their last version of traktor pro. it took some ideas from ableton live
