Just used my French press for the first time tonight (used decaf, of course!)

Way better than drip coffee. This kicks drip coffee's butt.

@unique32journalist DECAF! What a ridiculous thing...just like non alcoholic beer. I implore to to ponder the chemical changes and the changes in taste that occur when you remove a chemical from it's normal place.

Yes...it was ridiculous. But the thing is, even DECAF French press coffee tasted better by far than REGULAR coffee from my drip coffeemaker. No ashy taste. Nice.

@unique32journalist I figured that was the reason haha. Just my oppinion on decaf. Yeah I am not really a fan of drip coffee anymore. I think the plastic just gets all nasty after awhile and it's impossible to get it completley clean so you can have a fresh tasting cup. I got a bodum (not to be confused with Children of Bodom) french press it's glass and it's pretty badass, what kind is yours?
