I said there was no WAR!! there were few conflicts that had started over misunderstanding between Croats and Bosniaks and were solved very quickly... generally two nations helped each other in WAR against serbian militia,para-militia, volunteers and regular army....

( by the way I'm 39 years old, had 18-22 while the war was on...active)

I was stationed in the Balkans for a year near Zvornik, Bosnia in 2000. I remember driving through Srebrinica and wondering how Europeans could be so carefree about what was going on just across their borders? I'll never get that kind of pacifist mentality. God did not put us here to be apathetic towards the plight of others. This movie did an exellent job of showing the worthless United Nations was at helping. What a joke that organization has become

Why. I did watch the movie a couple of times, it´s a very good movie. That´s why I was looking for the song when I  met that Croatian guy. I remembered the movie and the song. But this guy told me that even when Serbian and Croatian are very close and alike, they are a bit different. So the song didn´t work as a present.

'a bit different' :-)). they dont only dislike each other, they seriously hate each other. languages are same with few different words and phrases. they even share same blood. but really serious problem is: 'they dont share same religion'. one are Ortodox, other Catholic. in balkans were we have Muslims as well, and history full of wars and carnage, regrettablly is too wide river to cross.

the movie is great, but what muslims and croats did in that movie it is not told so good in this movie. Even serbs made many crimes in that war, but not as others, even before in Bosnia, during II world war and bosnia war.
