I wish I could rewatch this Oprah-Barbra interview again to verify a few of Kathy's statements. For sure, Kathy is twisting the facts a little bit to punch up her story and make it funny. But I DO remember the way Barbra was hugging the woman with cancer, posing the tips of her fingers on the woman's back and not the palm of her hands, making a huge circle with her arms. It felt like Barbra didn't know what was planned by Oprah and was forcing herself. But we'll love Barbra no matter what.

One last thing, sorry for hogging the board! Although I am fan of Barbra Streisand, I also realize that she has faults and make mistakes just like the rest of us. Overall I find her to be pretty down to earth despite the perception that she is only of the high-class. I think at heart she is still the funny middle-class Brooklyn girl from the projects who doesn't quite fit in to the Hollywood star persona! She is respected for her talent in music and movies and that she definitely deserves.

A few things that were true, Oprah was being a bit alpha and had a kinda attitude during the interview. Although having lived in the Chicago-land area my entire life, these stories of Oprah are nothing new. She is not known as being the nicest person despite what she may want you to believe. The thing about the white mike was completely true and I find it hiliarious , but Oprah's own staff painted it for Barbra, if it was a problem why did they do it? All I have to say is "You go Barbra"!!

Also Barbra did talk about her interest in interior design, fashion, colors and horticulture. As someone who is interested in art and design I can totally relate, if that's not your thing than it was probably boring. The pet thing, two pictures showed on the screen at the very end of the song and Barbra did tear up a little. So she loves her dog, she's a Pet Person so is Betty White, so am I, what is wrong with that.

Ya know I am a fan of both Kathy and Barbra, I understand trying to make this funny, but this was very unfair to Barbra and parts of it are completely untrue. Go back and look at the original Barbra/Oprah interview. Barbra actually was surprised with 2 fans and she didn't seem bothered or uncomfortable at all, she was very nice and gracious to both. Even asking Oprah can I go hug them. The one lady did leave a small tear spot on her sweater but she didn't seem to notice as far as I could tell.
