Schulz v. United States Federal Reserve

System et al., 08-CV-991.

The Complaint alleges that Schulz pays taxes to the United States and New York State.

Schulz alleges as his injury that he is a “payer of federal taxes” and has a legal interest “not to have his money taken from him” for purposes he deems illicit.

Schulz admits that he pays his income taxes while leading his sheep to prison.

I want to see a "Robert Schulz" failure to file case.

@floatingtux I haven't watched all the videos asscoiated with CC2009, BUT it seems the thrust will be similar to that of 1774, a witholding of monies from the rogue government. That tactic may not work now, since our money is really just currency, it has no value and the Fed can make it out of nothing so the federal government need never wait on us to supply it through taxation.  So I see a civil disobedience approach rather than a violent approach coming from this.

The US Constitution was a counter revolution, a peaceful coup d' etat. The Articles of Confederation based taxes on land values.

Do not be confused; the Continenta Congress is NOT a Constitutional Convention is NOT to re-write or amend the Constitution in anyway! CC2009 is to Defend the Constitution, NOT Amend It! This grass roots CC2009 event is NOT a Constitutional Convention, which we are wholeheartedly against

WE MUST NOT hold a new Continental Congress. The current Congressional membership & the just plain wackos in our state govts ARE THE WRONG PEOPLE TO RE-WRITE OUR CONSTITUTION. They've been trying to do it for decades.

They'll get rid of the 2nd Amdt saying we don't need it bc we have the Nat'l Guard.

They'll make frivolous ideas part of the Constitution (gay marriage, etc.)

But this is what others are talking about. They want to re-write the Constitution, thinking that whomever they send will make only the small changes they want done, and leave the rest alone. The law says, thought, they will have no such limitations.

We must not allow it because those who want to do things like have the government take over everything will be delegates.

Just about everyone I come across is angry with our government and how change (chains?) has slipped in under our noses. Most want to do something and don't know how. This has been going on for many years. Some, like I was, are almost completely ignorant of the Constitution (indoctrination in public schools probably) and some have been apathetic, misinformed or too busy working. Many are too focused on TV, Hollywood etc..we have dumbed down as a nation overall.

I am all for it !!! I am simply saying that the ability to print money thru the Federal Reserve Syatem is how the Government spends without taxing you directly. You are pissing in the wind if you do not eliminate the Federal reserve. Plus it is illegal for anything but gold and silver to be legal tender anyway. Kill the Federal Reserve. Then you have a chance to flex your muscles.

Something has to be done. No doubt about it. Withholding taxes is not gonna get it done. I say that as a warning because the Federal Reserve system will neable the gov't to operate without collecting a tax. They will inflate and devalue your currency instead of collectin the tax. I am sure they will arrest everyone of you they can find too. We need to get rid of the fed before the tax revolt can work. A tax revolt will hurt the local and state gov'ts but that will give DC a reason to usurp more.

yes, withholding taxes by only a few Americans here and there will not amount to much more than them getting thrown into prison.

one of the strategies hoped for out of the CC2009 is a method by which Americans can stand on this Right together and have legal protection in doing so.

an all out tax strike is merely the method by which we are legally allowed to use to enforce government accountability to the rule of law, according to the Constitution and the founding fathers.

yes! it is illegal for the Federal Government to give public funding to corporations and other private interests, and therefore is yet another Constitutional infraction.
