Gary says that they are still shock up from the plane crash and all, so he might be on some pain killers? All I know is those two albums and the songs where like life savers. Just the courage for the band to say no and to give the fans whatever they had to give. It was an amazing spirit and sound they gave to us. I will never forget that day I bought Anytime Anyplace Anywhere, and sat down in my room to listen and cry from the songs. Thanks !!

@TonyBeazley in 2003 gary had 3 minor strokes 2 of which happened onstage and he had to have open heart surgery.

yes what is so strange is we called him and he was actually working on this audio interview ...he freaked, we freaked....its karma....there are so many documented events like this while filming this documentary its almost too scary .....I mean things only spirits could do....like maybe RVZ.....he's been around while we were doing this...absolutely bizarre happenings.....thats the other story behind this documentary....

i wouldn't think he is since they all stopped drinking heavily after Gary got drunk and crashed his new car into an oak tree in 1976, but the whole plane crash might have thrown him back into that, but i seariously think he wouldn't have been.

This recording was made in 1980.I have an original cassette recording of this I got off 96 rock in Atlanta when it first aired.
