its actually more similar to III's map than most people think... just mirror the map and you'll see, the only thing missing is the land connection which now is a beach(firefly island)

Isnt the map really small? It looks like GTA3's map. But gta 3's map is about 4 times smaller than san andreas, and if GTA IV's map is lets say like 2 times smaller than san andreas i dont get why it takes 16 GB of space. Gta sa is 5 gb???And gta 3 is like 500-600 mb?

@maximdymok the map is smaller but that doesn't mean that the size of the game is also smaller. GTA IV is 16GB because of high quality models, more cars, more music and sounds

@OnlineMaps GTA IV and Sandreas would be equal in map size. Have you ever got a boast or helicopter and just flew out and kept going in either games? The Ocean is endless so both games are massive. But san andreas has under water and you can go higher in the air. So SA's world is larger...
