Women's bodies can be so variable because of child bearing, hormonal changes etc. I recently learned salt or the sodium content are found in so many processed and foods you would not expect to find. They are even in milk products. I will look at your other videos . Stay patient with yourself you are aware and that is half the battle.
First, I love all your videos and you seem like such a sweet person. You are so tiny! But I know how it is to set weight loss goals for yourself to feel better about yourself, not for anyone else. :D
Second my Dad lost just under 100 lbs on the low glycemic index diet. He didn't exercise other than working on his feet all day. I've lost weight on it too. You can find great recipes and info on the web, and check Amazon for books.

I have never in my life weighed this much =( my average weight has always been 134lbs. i am getting married in a year and i need to get in shape. I lost weight last summer and was at 126 and after I got laid off 6 months ago my weight shot up to 153. I'm so out of it and u motivated me so much! i hope u will keep it up
also, if you mix lemon and cayenne pepper with a glass of water, the lemon helps clean your liver and revs up your metabolism. i lost 10 pounds already following all these tips. hope that helps
kasey you're gorgeous i think you should throw away the scale and just focus on getting leaner and stronger. i know you follow charliejames1975 and she doesn't even own a scale.
i think if you just keep eating clean drinking water and doing short intensive workouts or regular cardio, you'll def. lose weight.

Maybe it's time to switch up the routine... Its hard to stay motivated when you're bored of the same things.
When I'm feeling "pudgy" I'll eat early in the evening and an hour or so before bed, I'll work out. Crunches, lunges, or whatever you're into, 20 to 30 mins. A hot shower or bath after will relax you enough to sleep. I usually wakeup feeling a little slimmer which motivates me for the day. ;)
Hey Kasey, Girl don't let it get you down. You got through the freakin holoidays without gaining a crazy amount. That alone is hard. A few things I do to help me is to drink my water b4 I eat and to eat on a Salad plate and not a regular Dinner plate. kinda trick the eye lol.(or tummy for that matter!) Ya need to go by how your feeling hun not just wieght. If your feeling sluggish and drained maybe a multi- vitamin might help. Plus like others said you may have more muscle. Hang in there! :)
i also start with a vegetarian .. im not changing in vegeterian is just i want to eat healthy and loose weight im overweight and it is time to loose some it is an issue for my carreer not in my eyes but other eyes .. they rather see the look than the brain
weights training is really good for burning fat and keeping muscle, if you can join a local gym and do a weights routine and use things like the cross trainer and the rower.. they make it a bit more fun and use a ton more muscle than the treadmill so they are more effective!

I lost 1 lb last week. My weigh in day is also Saturday coincidentally. I've been eating better this week started cutting out sweets because over the holidays that got out of hand and became a habit. You know old habits die hard. I exercised once cause it was that time of the month and I used it as an excuse. I know I shouldn't have but oh well. This week I plan on getting on the treadmill 3 or 4 days. I'll also be drinking more water cause God knows I need to.
Have you measured your BMI? A lot of your weight might be water weight (since you said you drink a lot of water), so it's not a big deal. Also, if you work out, muscle mass weighs more than fat, so if you're gaining muscle mass, you will be gaining weight, but still toning your body.
I do sparkpeople too! It's an awesome sight and it really works if you follow it correctly. But girl, you shouldn't stress out about it because the more you stress out the less you loose for real. Plus that shouldn't rule your life, it should just be a part of it! Plus you should know that weight varies everyday depending on water retention or being bloated. So if it goes up or down a couple of pounds it's not really because you've gained fat! So relax!

Don't get down on yourself too bad. What you did re grocery shopping will help you stay on point. I never weigh myself I just check how my clothes fit. When you get toned muscle is heavier than fat and you will be upset that at your weight but your size will be smaller. So what is the true goal getting smaller or that number on the scale? Measure the inches also.
@gemstone247 That is SO true! Like I've not worked out in months and my weight is the same, but I am seriously about 1 or 2 sizes bigger in clothes at the same weight!
@CillaLovesMakeup that's because you are probably bloated from too much salt and crap. You don't actually gain weight but your tummy will be way bloated that's why your clothes wont fit!

Are you watching your carbs? It normally helps if you cut back on carbs. You're not far from your goal, you will get there, cheer up :)
