There's a new area just outside vancouver in one of the suburbs called langley. The houses range from 5 million to 20 million. I work there building the custom homes. Amazing houses! I think it could be the new west vancouver. It's a gated and secured equestrian community meaning it's for people who own horses. Almost every house has a stable and huge yard for a couple horses.

I was at the musqueam indian reserve building those homes and on one side of the street, you have run down shacks littered with broken down cars and junk. On the other side you have multi million dollar homes. We did a house in the british properties once. Has an indoor roller hockey rink in the basement. Walls are hockey boards and floor is a plastic ice. Pretty cool.
