  • This is just so beautiful his words his voice and the music it just gets to you :D

  • They are more than a good band, they are breathtaking and I cannot begin to explain the way this song in specific, touches me.

  • Sorry to bring a depressing mood with this, but If I can't vent with my family, then the internet will due. I feel unoticed while my step-brother gets glory for nothing. I don't understand how being immature makes you a better person. My biological brother is in rehab and my sister, mother, and step-dad all hate my father. I don't see how family could hate each other, especially children against their parents. Being the youngest, I never understand according to them, but I'm older now, and I do.

  • Ooh I got a reply. Or two..

  • @Lucas101Inc Excuse me? Please tell me you're not living in the past where guys had to act 'normal' this is the 21st century. Times have changed. There is no such thing as normal. I've met plenty of emotional guys and I'm proud they're not afraid to show it.

  • What do you guys think this song is about? I'm not quite sure. It's like the first verse is about turning in that certain age and you realize that life isn't as long as we wish/thought it would be. That people die, come in and out of your life, it's not just something you hear about but you're going to experience your friends, family dying. So then he sings the chorus and it's like we only have one lifetime. When you get older, you truly begin to grasp this. But then the next verse...idk.

  • this song means so much to me. i can't really explain it in words. i listen to this everytime i feel depressed and for 3:23 minutes it suddenly makes everything beautiful.

  • This song is on my iPod. My friends make fun of me for listening to the Fray when they listen to ACDC. I'm a guy and this song touches me in a way that nobody can understand. People say these songs are deppressing but I've been deppressed and this song make me happy

  • @TheMaroonflyer Screw people's opinions! there's songs for every moment ur living... if you are depressed or feeling some kind of nostalgia (my case most of times) remebering old times and stuff, songs like this are a perfect match. But if you are in a mood where you need something to motivate you, then AC/DC or any other heavy song would be great. When I'm working out I rather listen to heavy stuff to keep me focused and angry so I can give my best. There's songs for every mood...

  • @TheMaroonflyer Since you're probably an emotional FREAK, I'm not going to feel sorry for you. And what is ACDC?

  • Comment removed

  • @TheMaroonflyer well if it makes you happy then listen to it ;) your happiness is important never let anyone tell you other wise ;)

  • @TheMaroonflyer I listen to acdc too but the fray is just as good as them, if not better lyrics wise.

  • @TheMaroonflyer I haven't listen to The Fray since middle school, but all of AC/DC's songs sound the same lol.

  • @TheMaroonflyer Unless people have been there, walked in the shoes of someone depressed, they won't understand; because they can't. I'm the same way, though, and I only listen to songs that have meaning while others listen to songs simply because it's what everyone else is doing. Best of luck to you. :)

  • The feeling this song gives me....it has no definition. All I know is that if my last moments living feel like this, I'll be perfectly content.

  • This is one of those songs that explains my life. Melancholy and yet at the same time when I listen to it I can't feel anything. ...This song...is.....incredible.

  • this is one of the best albums I own :)

  • this song makes me so sad,i remmember deleting it cause i didnt wanted to get affected by it,but i must hear it one more time

  • @MsMojomaster Oh get a grip on life... have a bacon sandwich and when the guilt torments you, the razors are behind your vibrator in the top drawer and the heroin is in your Mothers incontinence pad drawer,... been nice knowing you *kiss*

  • @applecheeks81 how did you get here, lame cunt? go and blow your "gorgeous" boyfriend's cock,i bet thats what you do the best whore

  • This song got me through the roughest times of my life(so far). Words cant explain how much I admire The Fray and their music and just their beings. They are truely inspirational.

  • this song speaks for so many people! It holds a sad truth but also a message to follow :)

  • i like it

  • (My life.)

If I say who I know it just goes to show

You need me less than I need you

But take it from me we don't give sympathy

You can trust me trust nobody

But I said you and me we don't have honesty

The things we don't want to speak

I'll try to get out but I never will

    This traffic is perfectly still

  • i love this song with every ounce of my being.

  • If the whole world can listen to the fray i bet there would be no hatred, no war, no enemies, no crime nor violence.

    They are just that overtaking.

  • If the whole world can listen to the fray i bet there would be no hatred, no war, no enemies, no crime nor violence.

    They are just that overtaking.

  • This song makes my troubles go away. Reminds me about what really matters.

  • @obunkystaind way to be depressing. life is about making decisions, doing what you take pride or find joy in, and pursuing a goal of yours. what do you mean everything is meaningless in life? that's whack

  • When the Fray wrote this song they had barely gotten together. Trust Me was one of the things they would say to each other so made a story about trusting each other.

  • frikin character limit >_< lmfao, youtube is such a mofo.

  • Honesty, i listen to music like this and wonder why Ke$ha is even famous and they're not. they Fray is so under rated

  • @cattalespro i mean they're not as popular as the damn well should be.. yeah , they have a lot a fans and stuff but when you think about it, they really deserve to be more up there than all those non-talented artists who are.

  • @xXconstantlyboredXx yeah i know stupid kepchup (ke$ha) sucks the 2's she sings like a poor dying kitty and they sing with feeling dont you think theres so many stupid singers out there that sing just for fame and glory and money but ti know money is nesesary and that you need it live also fame wich lets people see who you are but-but the fray they are so talented that nor only do they make your ears ring with melodic passion but they you the heart vocals and the melodic charecteristics they p-

  • @xXconstantlyboredXx eh, she'll be a one hit wonder with only a couple songs that were known, then she'll be lost and forgotten. At least everyone who clicked on the video seems to agree with one thing: the Fray has real talent and will always be remembered by the most important people: their fans.

  • @cattalespro so how did you find about the fray..?

  • @cattalespro i happened to randomly come back to this video.. and then i see your comment, but the reply is directed to yourself x} was that supposed to be me..? even if it isn't i'll tell you anyway haha ^_^ well one of the first songs i ever heard by them was when i was around 8 (i'm 13 now) it was cable car. and then when i reached 10 and stuff i heard about never say never & you found me from my classmates. & one day i randomly decided to look up all their songs and hell am i glad i did. :)

  • my favorite Fray song is "You Found Me", but this is still great :D

  • i love the ending of the song when after the entire song of basically asking forgiveness the singer says you might understand. rather than you will understand. its so sad to realize that sometimes people wont understand

  • brings back bad memories

  • this song is so true

  • @missyrenee89, i think its about the mistakes/accomplishments we make when we're young & we start to see how they pay out as we get older... "when you're older, you might understand"

  • "You need me less than i need you"

  • "We're only taking turns

    Holding this world

    It's how it's always been

When you're older you will understand" rings home such a exquisite song my fav^^~

  • I really like this song. It's very emotional and always inspires me to draw pictures from my heart because it reminds me a lot of my life and some memories.

  • We're only taking turns

    Holding this world

    It's how it's always been

When you're older you will understand

And then again maybe you don't

And then again maybe you won't

Also I listen to them while I do my homework because I know the songs and there are only two things going on in my head; the song and my homework....though I end up writing song quotes all the pages......*innocent* XD

  • @e08man love all your vids ... thanks we love the fray together

  • For some reason, this song reminds me a lot of my childhood. It just triggers that nostalgic feeling.

  • this song was all i listened to my first year away at college..everything in this song is how I felt. brings back many sad memories but I love this song and I can't stop listening to it, because I have learned and grew a lot!

  • The fray is the best band ever :>

  • He telling someone to trust him and beleive the things he is saying. When he says "when your older u'll understand" means that the person refuses to beleive him and he just wanted them to trust him and beleive his words.

  • my favorite :]

  • Beautiful song. The Fray are, to me, the best sound we've heard since Michael Jackson etc. :) My personal opinion.

  • lyrics are up if they are wrong let me know will fix them later

  • what a wonderful song. so soothing and calm. i love it. i love the fray they rule!

  • why is it called "Tust me"?

  • it's like he's giving advice to someone. he's saying to trust him because he's been through a lot.

  • its not its called "Trust Me" read the lyrics they will explain

  • it is called trust me

  • your stupid it is called trust me how to save a life is another song they wrote

  • yout idiot how to save a life is the album not the name of the song.

  • ik idiot its also a song

  • why are you calling me stupid? obviously i know its called trust me thats what i said in my first comment? nuh nuh,

  • i didnt call you stupid

  • and hockeymusicsportsfan asked why it was called "Tust Me" and i simply said its not called tust me its called trust me ok ? :)

  • Excuse me, but the name of the song is "Trust Me" that is the name that they gave it on the album...So, you are wrong.

  • <3 I fell in love with this song from the first line of it. This song kind of makes me wonder what goes through someone's mind when they write something like this. The lyrics are so honest and heartfelt and the voice is calm and soothing. It reminds me of the kind of song you might hear in a coffee shop.
