Curveball is a wreck, post something worth watchin, im 16 and a sophomore amd i pitched against cartersville high school in Georgia thats the state champs here and i had kids bailing outta the box on my curve. Gave up 1 hit in 3 innings wih 5 strike outs

You have a small glove cock on your curve ball. Also depending on which fastball youre throwing you throw one from way behind your head. Its very easy to pick up because your arm angle changes....

nice vid man. im tired of all these bitches on facebook ramblin on about throwing mid 80's and shit. your actually honest and on some looks in the upper 80's. im at month 9 post tommy john gettin back to lower 80's again. mechanics are key

Some of the best mechanics I have seen on UTube. U stay back well, tight on the glove side, great push, good stride length plus velo and movement. One tweak might be to get a little more extension on delivery to the plate. Is that a circle change? Nice pitching.

it is a circle change.... but i do not have a good control on it in game situation... im now trying a split finger kind of changeup.... and since this video i change my pitching motion... my arm was way to high in this video.. im now throwing a little bit more sidearm so my head doesnt tilt on the left qhen i throw.... = better control

my coach taught me a split change and it's my favorite out pitch. a "secret" i learned is to not push as hard on the change and slightly drag the foot off the rubber. u will be deadly on the bump
