Good stuf the only thing I disagree with is the inturnal cummbustion engine comments. We don't need to stop using them if we fuel them with hydrogen or water.
I cannot agree with what you had to say about our energy crisis any more. Ethanol is taking us nowhere and it doesn't help when we have a ill educated president passing bills he knows nothing about; such as his 2010 bill from last fall. He was hoping to reduce emissions by producing more Ethanol instead of looking into a useful form of energy such as hydrogen. Very good information though.
I suggest you should do a little research, know some facts, and think before you speak. I am a farmer with a Masters in Technology, and I know ethanol is a crap fuel. To top it off we are only able to turn around 20 percent of ethanol that is produced, from the time the corn is planted, tell the time it is harvested, processed, and transported. IT IS NOT A SOLUTION, but merrily a wasted effort driving up the cost of the food for our feeder cattle.
We can do it without nuclear. It takes 10 years to build a plant and get it online. The long term problems with the waste product is bad. Research Yucca Mountain. We have to look long term and get away from power that is controlled by corporate domination. Google sterling engine solar dish and search Youtube solar tower
The alternate source of energy has already been found, and as it is in abundance and at the hands of any person walking this earth and the price tag is NIL..better be careful when u turn on ur tap and take a drink...........................................and hasnt it been predicted that another deadly virus will plague our earth and its source is kinda wet?
We need to bring our level of awareness up to the level of our technology visa versa. Throne Dome . com has come up with an interesting solution that may produce as much as 25% of the world's total electrical needs. Methane gas and any source of fuel combined with small motors and flywheel generators. And all the components are already being produced.

I don't know where you got that I think ethanol is a good idea because I don't farm land should be used for food.

What part of I agree with you don't you under stand?
snafu420247 4 years ago
The first part where you say you think ethanol is a good idea, and the second part with the incomplete sentence.
