Opera has had a mail client (called M2) built in since Version 4 released in 2000! The changes to opera 10's version of M2 were enabling rich text and html in message formatting.

i dont know why ppl uses, IE, safari, even firefox (shiretoko is so fast too).
but oper has been always the fastest

That scroll line isn't a bug. You can disable it in preferences -> advanced -> show scroll marker.
