  • what would be interesting would for it to have just a plastic washer type piece that had a little lip so one could hold down the "switch" with ur thump....just a thought

  • Brass, not copper, right?

  • yeah , brass... i think i said it was made of copper... fail.

  • @GrimmGreen ya right as title name too... which u can change and keep on listening good music

  • I think we all inspire each other. Grimm gives great detail in his reviews, igetcha was the first to get corp. backing, (but it doesn't objectify his reviews) KON pulls no punches, BigIce has a unique format, Mr.Smoke is energetic, hell I could go on and on...

  • keep on vaping.

  • DUDE!!!!!!! This is looking REALLY professional!!!!! I am really impressed!

    Loveing the look and feel!

  • Thanks KON!! wait until you see my Flavorart video... i really like the way it turned out :)

  • Damn now I need to step it up! Hummmm

  • ha ha... it's not a competition Kon , were both on the same team here :)

  • I agree I agree! But I look at the way you do things as my inspiration ^_^. You and igetcha69 both are one the my top favs! So when I see you all doing things in a way I really like, then I am encouraged to "step it up" ^_^.

  • Thanks for the review.

  • Don't know if it's been said already but the 4081 atty's are the very same from smoking everywhere ecigs.

  • yeah i had a feeling , they seem to flood really easy for me... but at 6v... they are rocking

  • If this device heats up given that unprotected batteries at 6v can explode. Surely with THAT thickness of metal you would be less likely to notice the batteries heating up? Same problem with the Silver Bullet?

  • The voltage output of the device has nothing to do with batteries "exploding" a battery can vent if missused on a 3.7v device just as easily as a 6v device. The thickness of the copper is no thicker than a Prodigy , or a BB... in fact it thinner than both the BB and the Silver Bullet.

  • I'm not noticing 3.7v P.V devices explode in the world, however, I am noticing 6v devices explode. Isn't Mr. Silver Bullet advising you not to use unprotected batteries? (and rightly so over these unvented potential pipe bombs)

  • i might not happen as frequently , but it does happen. A battery vent's, it does not explode , both the BB and the SilverBullet are vented at the switch to prevent an "EXPLOSION" if someone was actually careless enough to let it get to that point.

  • Grimm, I know you are going to be posting a follow up. However I was just wondering, what is the battery life @ 6v? Also with the 510 atty I noticed I can't drip more than 3 drops without issue. @6v what is that, about 3-4 good pulls?

  • just between you and me , and everyone else that reads this comment , i have been getting about 5 solid hours at 6v , three drops , 4 puffs repeat...

  • Wow a lot more than I had expected as far as the battery life. I assume no problems with the 510 attys? Seems like the site is really pushing those other attys for stability. Kind of a "get these... or else" type of warning.

  • no , no problems with the 510 attys , i kind of prefer them at 6v

  • oops..forgot, great review too.. Atmos should let you have one for free :-).

  • Thank you , i never expect to get anything for free , i have no problem paying for product if it's worth it.

  • I killed so many 901's using 2xcr2's in a magnum it was unreal. The 4081 can apparently handle those voltages much better.

  • Yeah i do like those 4081 attys , but i already stock up on 510 , 901 , 401 and 801 attys... i don't really want to add another to the collection ha ha... plus they seem to flood a little to easy for me. 2 drops is good , 3 drops is flooded

  • Great review as always man. My only gripe with the copper is that it takes CR2's and not CR123A's.

After seeing the aftermath of EskimoVaper's CR2 explosion I'm not sure that I would ever wanna use CR2's.

I bet it's awesome with a protected 3.7v battery though...

If they would take the CR123A's I'd think it was the best mod ever, simply because it just has a rockin design. That mechanical switch is just downright sexy, I've had WAY too many tactile switch failures.

    5 Stars as always bro.

  • Grimm, you tried activating using you thumb and forefinger? I've found that to be a good way of using the device.

Liked the review by the way, I'll check out your other stuff.

  • Hey Grimmimem, Another stellar review my man! I just wanted to let you know that I took your advice {again-by the way you are 2 and 0 with your advice so far} in regards to checking out Liquid Xpress's E-Liquid. I sent away for five bottles tonight and I will keep you posted on how I liked the flaves. Oh, if you had a choice between the Prodigy or the Protege, which one would you choose? If you already did a video on the 2, please let me know.

Thanks Master Grimm, Vaping Away in Boston, Rob

  • QUESTION:

where do u work im just curious i dont need the place just wondering what you do for a living send me a message thanks

  • I've seen a few comments saying that you sound like Seth Rogen. But i just realized how much you sound like John Krasinski (Jim from The Office).

Anyways, Really like your reviews! Keep on vaping!

  • YES! John Krasinski FTW! i probably need to be less chubby to pull that off though ha ha

  • Is he Polish?

    Check his nose

Any last name that ends in ski is probably of Polish heritage, and I'm not being stereotypical, basically every Polock has a odd shaped nose

  • Nice intro to the copper, I agree, i like how you do follow ups, and express that you know u will be doing follow ups, a lot does change. First impressions generally are impressive, but who knows a week or 2 down the line

  • Have you busted a tooth yet or get pissed off about the push switch? lol. I need to get a 6v device soon! Just wanted to see how it is still working.

    Take Care,

    -Bill

  • So it has only been about 5 days since i shot this video , but i will say... so far ... so good, No busted teeth... no getting pissed off.

  • Dude, where do you get your hoodies.

  • YO! , shows mostly , i like buying stuff directly from the bands. I also buy stuff from Plastichead in the UK

  • Unprotected cr2 batterys are EXTREMELY dangerous

  • well... i have been using them since August with no issues.

  • ALL batteries are extremly dangerous.

  • Thanks for the new review!! I really like all the tips on cross compatability you figure out! Thanks for all the info! Keep up the awesome videos!

  • I have had my eye on this one and so glad the you got the chance to do this. I will be watching to see your final impressions. What a totally different design and little multi-volt device. I would like to know how long the CR2 lasts.

  • Man.. I love that intro music.. it's so funky :)

My next purchase is going to be a SD because I need a long-battery-life mod.. but this is definitely looking like the one I will purchase after that for my first (and hopefully only) high-voltage mod.

  • Hey Nick: Great vid! Looks like a great PV. Although being a truck driver I might end up banging the shit outta my teeth trying to activate it. If it was like the protege with a switch I would probably get one.

  • yeah you would have to be REALLY careful , i got really used to using it , i have not tried it driving yet... but i will be sure to do that for the followup

  • Okay...if you were spending money or if someone was going to buy you one of these mods and you had to choose one which would you choose? (A.) The silver bullet or (B.) The Copper. I have been wanting an SB but every time I go to altsmoke SB is out of stock. I really want a 6V mod that works w/510 atomizers. If you were in my shoes would you hold off and go w/an SB or order The Copper seeing that it is in stock?

  • wow no pressure there... so right now , i would probably lean more toward the copper... simply because it's smaller , and no wiring means that less can go wrong with it.

  • good work! i've been avoiding the copper forever now but that R2 looks slick. btw have you tried the jasmine yet?

  • HEY! yeah i forgot to PM you , i did get that jasmine , holy cow it is strong , i had do cut it about %50 with some unflavored juice , really good Jasmine flavor though.

  • haha nice, sorry i guess i have a really high tolerance i thought i made it a bit weaker, glad you enjoyed it!

  • So they sent you a pv then said pick one and send us the other one along with money for the one you choose. What an awkward situation.

  • actually, I see it as convenient. like test driving a car. You get to try it out first before you ever reach for your wallet (or purse).

  • yeah and it's more like IF i like one i can buy it and keep it , i do have the option of sending them all back and saying thanks but no thanks... honestly i don't see that happening...

  • The R2 looks like freaking LIGHT SABER! awesome XD

  • you should check out the SuperT1 at supertmanufacturing now that's a freaking lightsaber! lol but impossible to get right now...

  • not to mention the super T6 model...

  • What is that?

  • It is a shiny new device from Super T Manufacturing , there is a thread over on VF with pictures. 6v and 3.7v vaping , smaller than the new BB from altsmoke

  • I was looking at these along with others to be my first high volt PV. I like the fact that it's all mechanical but I dunno how I feel about the way it's activated. I need a GOOD pass through first so I do have time to wait for your follow up.

  • Remember? I TOLD you you would be impressed with it. I asked you to review one months ago. Thanks. I already bought one though. It is welded to my hand.

  • i know! you did tell me ... and you were right , really enjoying this thing right now

  • Did Rick send you a Mini Copper? It is a riot! You got to see it. I don't know why he didn't send you one!

Also, the Copper line up is made of Brass.

  • Yep i have a Mini Copper also to try out!

  • Nice Job Grimm, I almost bought one of those about a month ago. Cannot wait until you follow up video.

  • Once again, nice vid.
