also I'd record with camtasia from Techsmith, it barely lags at all with no hardware acceleration, it costs like $300, but has a 30 day free trial for you. Also to prevent even more lag, just exit anything you don't need, including processes from the task manager (ctr+alt+delete). K i hope i helped you good luck =)
you seem to be lagging alot lol... here's a tip that will really help.
Right click on your desktop and hit properties.
From there, click on the settings tab, and then the "advanced" button. Another small window should pop up, on this window, go to the "troubleshoot", and change the Hardware acceleration to "none".
This should help reduce alot of lag when recording videos on runescape. What it does is disable alot of non-essential things that can slow down your computer. also (read next comment)
