  • What excercises do you do for your abs?

  • @thebeargod23 .. i keep it basic, sit ups, and leg raises.. about 5-10 minutes each day

  • face pulls but using that.... is that for rear delts?

  • @CallofDavey .. it does hit your rear delts, yes, but i specifically use that movement to hit my traps.

  • Just to show doubters you work just as hard and is just as dedicated if you were doing a bodybuilding show!!
