@HomieG75 from what you believe it's ripped off, this song uses the same key signature as john tesh (key of A minor) if you took music class, but the rhythm i believe is slower and less energetic than the roundball rock. anyways, i don't know who wrote this song either.

@j0hnnyb0y91 The composer is Lisle Moore and he's a good one at that. Of course it's going to sound "ripped off"...most sports themes sound like derivatives of ones before them. I've spoken with Moore personally and he knows NBC's NBA theme was at one time sports' most recognizable theme and people would conjure up the great memories that the NBA (not necessarily NBC, but THE LEAGUE) provided back then, and link them to the moments the NBA tries to provide now. This is a good theme.
