  • The piston engine goes boing boing boing,The rotary engine goes hmmmmmmm....

  • Assuming it was built between 1980 and 1995, by default I hate it.

  • @adiomang If your running the stock sequential set up. Check the the actuators that connect connect to the turbos, theres 3 al together. It happend to me a couple times and I didn't notice till I did my brakes recently. It makes a HUGE difference.(of coursethe first turbo wasn't spooling, HA. And the funny things is a week before i found this out I still got the jump on 2010 Skyline..... Rotory What!

  • 94VRFD, What exhaust do you have on your car during this video. I really like the sound of it??

    Thanks.

  • I have a GReddy Ti Catback.

  • I like that start button. Did you get that from a Honda dealership, or is it aftermarket?

  • Yea, it's from the Honda dealership.

  • The sound of rx7's are orgasmic!

  • @GOMBPRODUXIONS I know! when the turbos kick in.... my god.... back seat room in the touring... well... none... it has about 2 inches when the seat is all the way back... but worth every second being in the back... and front...

  • "watch out for guy..."

  • HAS a nice sound ahaha

  • real stupid wow

  • dude ik how to drive manual from youtube lmao

  • Comment removed

  • WRONG.

RX7s came twin turbo from the factory.

NO supercharger application exists for this car.

The guy is clearly showing his problem that his secondary turbo is not boosting at all.

  • im having the same problem but with my primary, for me i believe its a vacuum leak but i cant locate it

  • I've checked all the vac lines and even simplified them. it's not a vaccum leak unfortunatly.

  • super charged?

  • nice car. i want one but i cant afford it and i can't drive stick lol. maybe some day though. some people want expensive exotic cars but this is my dream car.

  • omg, how can you like cars not like sticks? you get a complete feel for how to control a car with the manual. auto makes me feel like im drivin my grandmas car..

  • Comment removed

  • i'd rather drive stick but i gotta learn first. gotta start somewhere.

  • It's not too hard to learn to drive stick. You can probably get it down in a day or two.

  • don't know how to drive manual lol thats sucks

  • idk why but same here lol

  • @dammitnick Lol its really easy to drive stick once you get the simple process down look up some vids :P

  • i want one of these sooo bad cuz they're real cheap if u impot one... but god i can't imagine the insurance

  • Do you pay a lot of fuel? tell me please^^

  • I pay about $2.00 a gal. And yea it can get up there whenever I'm having fun in places like Deals Gap, but on the interstate I get 27mpg so it's not too bad.

  • ah ok... ya in europe its not like in usa :P we pay us to dead for such a car :(

  • Wow better than my familys van.

  • My buddy gets not even 200km on a tank in his FD. and thats with no cats!

  • 1. For the level of performance that this car is truly at, you shouldn't care too much about fuel costs anyways.

    2. If you don't think you even afford fuel for the car, you shouldn't buy it.

    3. The fuel costs really aren't that bad. My 92 FD gets 375 km to 60 liters of fuel and I'm on the gas pedal alot. Considering the level of performance this car is at, that is really not bad. I could easily get 500 km to a tank if I tried. But that would mean driving "normally"...

  • Very SLOW

  • Nope, it's not stock. It's a mid that I put in.

  • is that red button next to the keys a start/stop button?

  • Yea, it's a Start Engine button. Turning the key wont start the motor any more. I'll one day completely remove that and get a wireless transmiter like the Vetts have.

  • That's not stock right?

  • rotary

  • jesus first gear lasted forever, what is the revlimit set at like 8,000 rpms ?

  • LOL, yea I have mine set for 8k. :)

  • what does yours ide at in park? mine idles at 1400 and i cant find how to lower it to 750

  • there is a screw on your upper intake manifold right by the throttle cable turn it eaither way to adjust your idle. i forget which way to turn it but play with it and after each turn pump the gas to set the throttle. but do this when the car is fully warm. it will work better. lmk if this helped.

  • i know mines all the way lose, so theres no tension on the throttle cable

  • Make sure you don't have any vacuum leaks. That's usually a good cause of a bad idle.

  • Mine idles at 800. I had to use the idler screw on the UIM to adjust it some. If you are still too high, then check for vaccume leaks as Shazmybot said and also check your settings on the PowerFC (if you have one).

  • Nice FD, would rape the shit out of my stock NA FC. :D haha

  • nice ride..don't have that many keys on your keychain..theres a good chance you'll wear down the bearings inside (just saying cause I don't want you to have to pay for something that could be avoided..then you can buy new perfoormance stuff for your ride

  • You dont want to go single? Rx7storeDOTnet makes a reasonably priced 35r kit, why not! lol.

  • Naw, I want to stay sequential. I'm more interested in playing in the twisties then I am 0-60, or 1/8 and 1/4 miles. And honestly, if someone (and there will be) who's faster then me because they have a sigle... that's fine with me.

  • im with you mate, all for the corners!

    94 FD Non sequentials

  • me 2 lolz . straight roads are for sissies . muahauhuahua . n FD are built to rape corners . ^^

  • Thanks!

  • dame thats nice dog

  • did you figure out the boosting problem?

  • Yea, turbos are on their last leg. I'm going to get some BNRs soons to replace them.
