You are assuming she has never done ANYTHING to her hair though, you can't perm it or dye it in order to donate it

I'm just saying that they are actually really picky about the air, it's not as easy as just grow it and donate it, I tried donating my hair before, and they wouldn't take it because I used to dye my hair, and even though the hair I was donating wasn't dyed, they wouldn't let me donate, you need to pretty much grow out your hair for the soul purpose of donating it, few ppl can
