Wow I need to support this DVD Please let me know how I can get a copy, William was always so nice to me as a wanna be harpman(ME) William would let me play through his Rig and never chase me off. Restin Peace To a true west coast legend
Love this guy. I can't stop listening to his albums. Unfortunately, being fairly new to the harp, I didn't know about him. Ronnie Shellist was kind enough to talk about him on one of his videos. He's up there with some of my favorites. I wish he were still around.
dude, my dad's friends w/ William Clarke. William used to work at a pizza parlor somewhere near Montebello or Puente Hills and my dad was working there too. and William and my father became friends. and last time I saw William Clarke was when I was like 6 and my dad said, "Julie, William and I were on stage, and you went to up me and pretended to play the harmonica. And I put you up on my shoulders." Look for Joey G.! he's on my dad's channel CurlyTone. awesome videos he made and still makes
7 blow reed is going flat!! really? what a gearheaded prick you are harmonicajohn, or more like harmonica critic envy boy...sheesh soem people are so wrapped up in themselves
He was incredible. Very generous with the guitar players. Sounds like his 7 blow reed was going flat. Maybe that is why he didn't play much on this cut. I know that drives me crazy.
Thanks for putting this up. Heard a couple of new verses

@jlodovici - WC was an authentic GREAT and his loss was a huge blow to the blues world, although maybe they didn't entirely know it at the time. RIP
