hey i have an idea since tennis ball are hollow instead of putting thew fluid on it you could have filled it with fluid with a needle and syringe and when it hit the ground it would squish some out and flame up more like it was and would stay on fire longer

you soak the ball with lighter fluid then light it on fire. Use tongs to pick it up. let is burn for like 30 seconds before u play with it and don't hit the ball really hard or else the flame will go out.
