i dont know what i did wrong..... i saved/get curly's memory back, i got the boster 2.0, i got the iron bond, i even got the spur what did i do wrong? there is one thing i messed up in, does it count that when you when you see boster down below? plz help

same here i was trying hell, got to ballos several times, but always got kicked... an awesome game, can't wait for cave story 3d and the possible sequel/prequel :D

I FINALLY beat Ballos. It took several days. It was a good thing I still had my life pot.

All right, somehow I finally managed to beat Ballos.

Let's look at the ending. So Sue and Itoh turn back to humans...then become Mimigas again. I can hear Sue's Mother saying to her "Don't worry, honey. We'll love you all furry too!"

Cave story is a great game. But it's not done yet.

I think the guy who made it, should start a prequal. He can make an entire game about the war that happened 10 years earlier before the 1st game.

That would be awesome.

@Xantexhunter no it should be where everyone alive but u gets contolled by the docter ( imagine before that I said the docter comes back) and you have to defeat them in battle and then kill the darkness that comes out of them ( when you beat them) so they can be restored to normal and help on the rest of your adventure.

@Xantexhunter Its the mystery of what happened in that war and who the main character is that makes Cave Story so good. This defiantly doesn't need a prequel or a sequel.

From everything presented in the game it appears Arthur was one of the Mimigas that consumed the red flowers to end the war.

@Xantexhunter Nah. I don't think a sequel could really improve on anything. It's best to just leave what happened before/after to our imaginations, and enjoy this brilliant standalone game for what it is. :)

@17sonicTH try hex editing your profile.dat and change 0x1C-1D and 0x20-21 to 0F27 and defeating ballos will be a peace of cake xD

Would the game be any fun if he was easy to beat? Probably not. Besides, getting an amazing time when its so hard feels GREAT! :)
