I tried this software. I can't find the version number. There seems no way of using the bird's eye view photos and no importing of photo textures. This all makes modelling hader and the end result cartoony

So, you model on 3dVia Shape or in 3d Via Virtual Earth? Cause the part where a hose modelling is shown, the app is similar to Shape

I will say one thing.. Carefull with microsoft.. See what they've done with truespace..

At least google is not killing software apps around, so my vote is for google.. Microsoft only copy nice ideas..

hey there in need of assistance with MSVE 3DVIA the thing is it was working ok a bit slow but sometimes it worked faster than others. Now it just runs completely slow and I ve tried clearing my computer of programs i dont need so that it might run better but that still didnt seem to help any suggestions?

Yes. You can make any building (skyscrapers, houses, garages, etc.) and place it into Virtual Earth 3D. Just click on "3d" in Virtual Earth and go to a location and RMB click "Add 3D model". Goto 3dvia dot com for more info...
