When Israel launched the "Gaza War" it was a defensive act because it was to stop the palestinians from launching 50 rockets per day and terrorising hundreds of thousands of Israelis in the range of fire.
When Hammas make a terrorist act such as ambushing innocents its called attack on innocents.

Israel captured Judea and Samaria in a the six days war when the arabs planned to attack israel. Before 1967, Jordan illegally owned the west bank. Now Israel illegally own this land. No one actually own Judea and Samaria (West Bank).

Israel recongizes the arabs' right to have a state alongside israel, while the palestinians are all about their country that will replace the jewish state. They are focusing on Terrorism and haterd instead of diplomacy and talking.

7. 07/04/2011 - anti-tank missile was launched to an Israeli school bus by a palestinian. only 2 people were killed, many were severely injured.
8. 23/03/2011 - demolition charge near a bus in front of Binyene Ha'Umma in Jerusalem killed 1 woman and injured dozens of israelis.

We gave them sort of autonomy in oslo agreement, we got thousands of sucide attacks. they are teaching their children to hate us and that jews should be killed. We are talking about a people who have a special day of mourning to mark the birth of Israel. They are recognize us as a jewish state.
