I ALWAYS wear a helmet. Really think of it this way, sure a helmet is ugly and it itches but even the BESTESTEST trained horse in the world, well, theres always SOMETHING he hasnt seen ever before and that could really cause a difference.

Would you rather have 1 ride with no helmet and end your riding or have many rides with a helmet and ride for a lot longer?
