I know it's just a training video but why so mechanical? And what's with the gnarly choco splatter? All over the rim, really? You know what i really do love though is the grip you guys use- holding the pitcher around the sides (instead of by the handle) gives way more control... but I've never seen anyone hold it BELOW the handle too. Neat.
