that roller coaster is nothing like that thought it would be. the prieview showed a curved track with huge loops but its a flat track with corkscrews

Im a fellow pittsburger and its a shame they are taking that 1 very very specil ride out just for this rollor coaster. They should have took out the swings or something out. But the turnpike, I dont think so.

@LuckyBiskuprocks ya or somehow build the coaster over the turnpike or make a coaster that goes around the entire park. but that would cost way too much so they prob wouldnt do that

I'm sad.!! :-( I loved the turnpike so much I've rode it since I was a young child with my mom, grandma and sisters we all love the turnpike I'm rather sad.

Wait why should this be exciting with these stats? The Phantom's Revenge ride time is a little over 2 minutes and you go over 80 mph. Maybe they figure the corkscrews will make up for the time and speed.

Track length 2100 feet? The Jack Rabbit is longer than this! 95 feet high? Not impressive for 2010. 50 mph? 65 seconds long? wow... is this the best they can do? It's been 40 YEARS since Kennywood has had a new wooden rollercoaster!!

they dont really have much room to put it though...but then again its about the same amount of room as the jack rabbit if not more....hmmm....idk

Im very excited for the new coaster!!! but with mixed emotions..... the turnpike holds many good memories for me. Yes I know it will be coming back, but being in a different location and track layout not soooo sure it will be quite the same!
