  • How tall are you zef? Id say about 6'

  • Which park is this?

  • dude you forgot how to do a muscle up, and doing incredibles

lol. but seriously dude you are so advanced but that does not keep you from doing basic stuff properly. and that is why i put you in top four. salute from BELGRADE, Serbia

  • Zef is one powerful dude.

  • How long did it take for you to perfect your muscle up? months or years? by perfect, I mean legs completely straight and no kip?

  • zakaveli is so incredibly strong!

  • Why is ahgodson such an ignorant twat?? Calis is proper training thats functional unlike that weightlifting crap all those pathetic weight lifters doing 400lbs on the pull up machine and then at the pull up bar barely doing 1 pull up lmao , then can do 600lbs bench press but not one 1 arm push up, ppl who think calis is just endurance are ignorant twats

  • this is how i wanna look when i do my hulks and shit !!! no swing no kicks !!! Ima get it !!! Good shit Zef !!! ima go so hard til i get it like that !!!! PTTB !!!!

  • Awesome strength!! Your calisthenics inspires and motivates me!

  • LIKE BUTTA BABY!!! LIKE BUTTA! sooo smooth wit it.. {its Nuffin!!} Philly freeway voice

  • more vids please

  • How do you do muscle ups with such ease?

  • @15curly he swings.

  • cleanest muscle ups i've ever seen

  • Yeah ... Zakaveli ... Another undeniable example of how a Deadhang Muscleup is supposed to be executed ... - Phorm Alchemist

  • @StrictlyWorkout Unless you're referring to the FIRST rep only, these are in no way shape or form dead hang pullups. To give you the most basic and easy to understand reasoning, deadhangs require a FULL stop at the bottom of the movement with arms COMPLETELY extended and body COMPLETELY vertical. In other words perpendicular to the ground. There's NO variation to this. Period. Kudos to the individual in the video do the muscles ups because they are very good, but not deadhangs.

  • @StrictlyWorkout And just to put this tidbit out there for everyone, there is a difference between "no swing" pullups/muscles and "deadhang" pullups/muscles. And furthermore when you combine the two it makes the degree of difficulty of the movement that much harder but so much more effective in the development of the target muscles. Just some food for thought.

  • @ahgodson Thanks for the thought ... I've been working out knowingly since the age of six ... and doing gymnastics since the age of the ... so , I thoroughly understand how to incorporate and infuse the degree of difficulty into a movement or exercise ...

  • what do all you guys do for a living? you all hang out on the bars all day?

  • BEST MU EVER SEEN!

  • Best muscle ups ive seen!

  • @WellnessMafia see "1991 World Pro gymnastics Andreas Aguilar rings", that MU at the beginning is quite a bit slower but of course zef is doing great also. these reps look cleaner to me than in his older 20 mu vid

  • hey zef, do you use weight lifting sometimes?

  • @xKamoHaDer Seriously doubt he does. Most, except a few like 300 and a handful of others, would crumble trying to handle anything more than their body weight.

  • @ahgodson Bullshit! He can do m-ups with 65lbs added

  • @82Bdog Sure. I HEAR you. But you have to SHOW me. And he or anybody else for that matter, can't get on a video and say "oh this vest is 65lbs or 100lbs or 200lbs" because that's bullshit. SHOW AND PROVE AND I GIVE PROPS. I'm going to post a video with me doing MU's with a 400lb vest on!! How stupid does that sound. It's amazing how naive some YouTubers are. Amazing... These guys are strong for their body weight and in great shape but don't take everything at face value.

  • @ahgodson Okay if not on video how does he prove it to you then. I know how much the vests are because I have the same one they use on the video. I'm stronger from doing calisthenics than I was when I lifted weights. Then I was benching around 300 and only did chest once a week and I was squatting over 400. This stuff is harder to train for. How is he gonnna show you if not on video?

  • @82Bdog Simple. Put it on a scale. A simple bathroom scale can be carried anywhere. On video weigh it, then put it on and get money. Erases any doubt. Anyone is entitled to believe what they want as I am entitled to not believe it until it is proven to me. I have been working out for a long time bro and I've seen so many talk the talk but when you put them up to there own boast I've seen men crumble. That's why I always say "prove it"!

  • @82Bdog Example. If I told you or anybody else how much I can bench press or military press, with ease and naturally (no drugs), you'd without a doubt tell me "bullshit, put up a video!!" You would want me to prove it. Right or wrong?

  • @ahgodson Yeah he proved it. As I said I have the same vests and ankleweights he had on the muscle-up video with Beast. They are doing muscle-ups with 65lbs. So you want them to put a scale in the middle of the park and weigh the vests for you lol! You obviously can't do any of these moves or you would know they transfer to weights. Many gymnast who can do planche pushups are known for benching at least double their weight without ever lifting weights. This is real strength right here.

  • @82Bdog Zef would excel at any sport he chooses. This real functional training. Most athletes especially in fight sports do lots of calishenics, but zef is on a another level. Stop hatin and appreciate the amazing moves he does. Most fighters, athletes, etc have more of a physique like these guys (muscular but not too big). At his size he is stronger than he ever would've been lifting weights. Why don't you put up a vid of you doing weighted pullups and he can put up one too.

  • @82Bdog I bet every dollar I got he would not only beat you,but it wouldn't even be close

  • @82Bdog What about you? What can YOU do? Love to see that mystery 300lb bench or 400lb squat. impressive numbers even though in my gym it's only warm up weight. And now that you do calisthenics, according to your "theory" you should be benching a lot more now correct?? The problem with dudes like you and every other person who believes calisthenics is the pinnacle of fitness, is that you don't realize that the STEEL GAME IS AN ANIMAL THAT YOU CAN NOT HANDLE!! Keep working out buddy. Peace

  • @ahgodson Yeah sure sure just like the fact that littlebeastm deadlifted the other day for the first time and it was 427lbs and thus he only does bodyweight you ignoramus

  • @82Bdog Well first off I'm not in a comment section making claims to do anything as your are. I went to your page and I don't see A SINGLE VIDEO OF YOU DOING JACK. You also must not be to bright to think that the vest being used only comes in on poundage. It's variable weight Einstein. So how do YOU know from watching your screen how much the vest really weighs? And planche push-ups push your bench to twice your body weight? On the moon I suppose with 1/6th the gravity pull. send me links...

  • @ahgodson Look up gymnastics coach coach sommers he says many of his athletes that do planche pushups bench twice their bodyweight when they go in the gym. Train for it you might understand why that's very believable. Einstein?lol We grown men talk to me like one don't make childish comments. The reason I said zef's name is because he is the one on this vid. Yeah so why don't you call him and tell him how you think he's lying about how much weight was in the vest and that you need him to

  • @82Bdog There's nothing wrong with lifting weights. I like calisthenics more because of the core strength you can gain from doing the harder moves. Core is the most important thing to have in most sports. It's your center of power. We can argue about push power all day but you have to admit some of these guys pull power is stronger than most any guys you see in the gym

  • @82Bdog bring a scale and weigh it next time. My point is that I was always pretty strong with weights and I loved it. I saw alot of these calisthenics vids and wanted to try it and I thought it would be easy but I was wrong. I want to get on these guys level but I am no where near that yet when I get a camera I will put up some vids when I learn new moves. It's hard to make vids when I have to do everything at my house, I don't have any parks where I live.

  • @82Bdog ...send me facts. Don't tell me idiotic things. If fact the ONLY man I've seen that does calisthenics and can bench twice his weight is Blaq Ninja and guess what? He has a video up to prove it...hmmm. Tell you what, I will get on the phone with Zef on Monday and since you ride him so hard i will ask him to send you an autographed picture ok? And you'll be the first to know when I interview him on "The Bar Chronicles". Make sure you subscribe to my other page.

  • These are the best ive ever seen! whats scary is every week they get better and better. thats what i call Bar-baric!!!

  • @slikric83 hey Rick can you send me a PM explaining what's the deal with the info sidebar? is there a story behind this video?

  • @sltleovyed820 i believe its bout people thinking that doing m ups with clean form from a dead hang without swinging or momentum is a new thing, and with that the credit goes to loud people when in fact Z been doing it for years.

that's what i take from it. i believe its no question that Z's incredible though and this is def in detail the best m ups i've seen.

  • @slikric83 You're right about the last part. Best ever seen.

  • he makes everything lookin' so easy.. Zef ma pharao! 5/5

  • Now zoom in on that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL.

  • Official

  • respect man...

  • Who is the quote in the info sidebar from?

  • Only clowns hurl insults like it's his weight to make sense of Zef's pure power on the bar. What's so ironic is that it's those same clowns who analyze our vids.... trust me we know. Zef already had 20 MUps vid NO SWING MY MANE so u know were he learned that from!!!! BAR COMMISSION! keep hatin it will only make us Stronger!

  • @Jayplanche EARLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY !!!!! We all know just like they all know !!! We speak through the bar, i reach you dudes we can get deep in the dirt like cleat shoes, we REFUSE to lose, we peep you dudes, 3 months in advance I SEE RIGHT THRU U JUDAS !!!!

  • zef yeah! D:

  • straight into my favorites!!!wow...nothing i coul say without repeating what everybody else said!!!i think u got it all...explosiveness, controll...everybodys goal to gain that strength

  • Zef, you have been an inspiration to many.. including myself.. I aint no where near a MU.. but alot of the bar homies have made me push/pull harder to achieve that.

  • I still remember that vid of 20 reps like that! Can never thank you enough Zef for inspiring me to get to the level I'm at right now. It's not that great mind you, but at 40 years young I never thought I could do the things I'm doing now.

Anyway, that's a dead-hang MU folks! When you going after that world record?

  • @dawalli Actually, at 40 years young, you are inspiring a lot of people yourself. Happy training!

  • @rmsolympic1 Thanks, great to know!

  • @dawalli No it's not a dead hang MU. It's a great muscle up but not a dead hang except for the first rep because he started a dead stop.

  • @DaButtonPusher The first rep - that's the one I'm talking about!

  • @dawalli No doubt.

  • I feel you on that Zef.. That individual knows who he got that from.. On top of that he went at some youngsters....

  • You're strength and control is amazing! I wish i could train with you
