You can't turn Kias into luxury European(ish) cars overnight - GM alienated the Saturn buyer base the moment they started GM'izing the brand, integrating the components and well, everything else.

It's not nearly as simple as saying 'OH WELL IT'S A NAME THING'. For some people it is, turning two brands into a brand new nameplate won't change perception issues (HELLO IT'S A STILL A GM).

Oh well, Saturn is dead what can we do about it I was going to buy a VUE but after hearing the rumors and now the facts, even if I can get a fully loaded XR or Redline for 1/2 I still wont get it.

Opel is sold in all of Europe, South America, Russia and the Middle East. Vauxhall is sold only in the UK as the brand solely exist to make british people feel like they still have a automotive industry. Ellesmere Port and Luton are General Motors Europe plants, not Vauxhall.
