I thought there was like a requirement that all football performances, the vocals had to be pre-recorded or something so they can dub it for TV? Since acoustics in a football stadium aren't gonna be that great? If she was lip syncing then it is prob because she has to. Huge stadiums, I have heard, that singers must lip because of the hugeness of the facility. I heard the same thing about the super bowl when they do the star spangle banner. Maybe even half time. But, unless we work at these individual events in the sound dept (or similar) & can verify it 100% that this is so, we wont know.
