I never stop laughing every time I see this episode. I could watch it 100 times and still laugh. For those who haven't seen it, watch the episode 'Edith's Problem', where Edith goes through menopause and has violent mood swings. You'll absolutely die laughing just like with this episode. It's non stop laughs to where you can't catch your breath.

I am curious about 2 All in the Family Episodes...I saw them once , but you never see them now- One was where Mike and Archie are locked in the basement of the house I think, and Archie tell s Mike the story of having one boot and one shoe as a child, and he was called shoe-booty, and the second episode is where Mike and Archie are getting ready to go to a ball game together, and Mike is getting dressed, and puts on a sock and a shoe, and a sock and a shoe...Archie has a fit.

I was reading on the show called Gloria and it said that The setup of the show was that Gloria had been left at loose ends after her husband, Michael Stivic (who did not appear in the new series), left her and moved away to a commune. so was there an episode in all in the family that they were apart?

No, not in All In The Family. Mike & Gloria were considering divorce once they had moved out to California in 1978, but nothing came of it.
