  • heyy i was wondering what foundation ur wearing:)

  • hey, your eyeshadow is gorgeous! mind giving a rundown of the colors/products you used?

  • you seem like such a sweetheart :) thank you so much for this video

  • Someone please help? What is the difference between a primer and base??

  • You are so pretty. And good review. :)

  • i got my first paint pot today. i am testing it out now. i recently brought the urban decay primer potion because of all the hype. i usually just use mac prep + prime as a primer.

so the verdict is still out.

  • hmm i want to try the paint pot... !

  • I have the M.A.C paint pot in Painterly and after going to the gym and wearing it for awhile my eyeshadow doesn't crease at all. I thought the sweat and oils from my face would take the eyeshadow right off. The paint pot is my first primer/base... so i haven't tried the UDPP yet. But i hope too after watchin this review:)

  • yay ! i just bought the paint Pot Today .

  • you might want to get the paint pot in a color that matches your skin color a little better. that will also make a diffrence unless your using soft orche just to make the color pop in a shadow. but all the ppots are great to me..

  • I have dry skin I hate the udpp made my lids dryer, do you prefer too faced shadow insurance or painterly paint pot? Do you have dry skin?

  • kinda off topic but wat color are you in mac foundations???

  • you are gorgeus :) i subbed ;)!

ive been looking all over youtube for this comparrisona nd i cudnt find it, now i finally find it.

but i think im gonnaget the urban decay primer tho, because i need something that will stick to my eye forever lmaoo :P

    but thnks for the revieeew:)

  • Thanks!

  • thnks soooooooo muchhhh :D

  • I'm definitely between the two, but I think I'll go with the paint pot. Thanks!

  • awsome!!! thnx for the review it really helped me decide which to get!

  • great review! really helpful :)

  • @NERDLUVA- Your a bitch.

  • I just recently started using the new design for UDPP with the curved-foot applicator, and I have a feeling I'm gonna get a lot out of this bottle, so that's a good thing of course. However, I'm sold on MAC paint pots now..every major makeup guru seems to swear by it and they don't seem to want to go back to using anything else. I think the combination of having it provide the sticky base along with the crease-less factor makes it the ultimate winner. :D

  • I was using UDPP and never knew you had to cut the container open to get the rest out so I was always bummed that it went so quick. It does help my shadow stay on very long but it's a little hard to blend. I switched to mac paintpot and was very please. My shadow stays on all day and it seems to blend so much better. I really like the paint pot:)

  • she said soft ochre!

  • I love the urban decay primer potion. i use it and ive never had creasing throughout the day. I also use mac but i have never really used the paint pots just because it can get a little heavy where as the primer potion is a little lighter but they both work just fine.

  • I would choose the paint pots!!I use them and love them the best!!!!

  • I suggest L'Oreal DeCrease...I like it better than UDPP and the paint pots from MAC...at least for me, it works best. ;-) Great video, pretty!

    xoxoxo

    luv,

    jessie

  • I wanted to try the L'Oreal one. Does your eyeshadow blend well with it on? Is it pigmented

  • Does the paint pot prevent creasing in the eyeshadow like the primer potion? I can't get the UDPP where i live and only have access for MAC products. If this works well as a primer too, i'm so getting it!

  • I've had the same issue with UDPP. It's hard for me to blend with it even if I only use a tiny amount. It might be because my eyelids are dry and not oily like most ppl's.

  • I've had the saaaame problem with the UDPP .... doesn't really blend well.. =\

  • paint pots SUCK i wasted my money

  • Hi! I have UDPP and Painterly Paint Pot, and I like the paint pot better than UDPP. UDPP works great, but my eyeshadows always seem to fade before eight hours, which sucks.

I like the paint pot better!

  • Hi, I have a problim with creasing eyeshadows under the paintpot, I have it in soft ochre, is there any way to make it not crease???

    thanks

  • I would put a primer like the UDPP or Two Faced Shadow Insurance under the paint pot. =]

  • how did you cut it open? like i dont want to make a huge mess

  • does the paint pot last as long as the urban decay primer potion?

  • No, it actually doesn't.

But it does last a longgg time.

So, if you're planning on wearing your eyeshadow for more than 12 hours, then I would suggest it UDPP.

    =]

  • @darklightlove would the painpot last about 8 hours :) for like school and going out ? or is that best left to the UDPP ?

  • aw man I have the UDPP and I just keep on hearing crappier and crappier things about it. I mean, of course it does it's job. It's not like a total failure but yeah this is the second time in like 2 days that I've been seeing videos about how much is waisted unless u cut it open which is a bummer. I'm glad to hear that they're considering changing the design.

  • Your skin is so pretty.

  • i love how your face like glowss

    loll your really pretty!!

  • Thank you!

    =]

  • yupp!

  • i went to get that paint pot and they ran out.. so i got the paint pentures i think its called.. hmm it works well too.. but i know udpp doesn't allow you to blend well though.. udpp does make your eyeshadows stay yesterday i had my eyeshadows on for like 14 hours and they were awesome still after 14 hours...
